GREAT gym for competitors and people who just want to workout and get healthy! I came in one day for a free training session with Rick. Next thing I know I got a membership and have now been training with him for over a year! Rick has transformed me physically and mentally and helped me see my full potential as an athlete. With him, I’ve been able to place and win in multiple powerlifting meets and even a bodybuilding competition. My health and physique has changed for the better since training at this gym. It is a welcoming environment for people of ALL levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. If you want to better yourself as an athlete, competitor, or even just lose/gain a few pounds, this is the perfect place to be. Awesome equipment, motivating trainers, and friendly community, this gym has it all! Not to mention a smoothie/snack bar, massage therapy, body waxing, and body sculpting…it has it all!!! This gym is by far the best with training, powerlifting, and kid friendly environment. It is privately owned with huge space to workout in. I've lost 50 lbs since I joined almost a year ago. HFC is what every gym should be like! It lives up to its name. People train hard bc they love to be there and love the growth. The vibe is nothing like Golds or PF or any commercial gym. I train with Alfonso Renteria (@chucobarbell) and it honestly has changed my life. Because I enjoy being in this gym and I genuinely love the process, I am consistent and bc I am consistent I have seen amazing results, not only in my strength and my body but my self confidence in just 6 months. Rick (@HFC915) is constantly improving the gym to make sure it’s safe and we are taken care of. Not to mention both of them are strong aF and inspire everyone else to push harder. Truly a great place to be!

Best gym hands down. I have been to multiple gyms in the EP area, and none comes close to HFC. Everyone is humble, and willing to help when needed. Great trainers available. Positive vibes, and overall fun while you get a great workout in. 100% recommend HFC!!!

I have been training with Rick on and off since 2015. I always end up going back because I see amazing results with him. As long as you are dedicated you WILL see results. The new location is amazing and very spacious. The gym members are also so motivating, and everyone just gets along there.

Rick has done nothing short of going above and beyond for me. I told him I want to be strong but aesthetic.. He offered me a great rate on my membership and training. First day, Rick helped me get the kid set up to do some homework and we got to training. He didn’t hover over me for my entire session but was also keen to make that I was using challenging weights with proper form.. he didn’t let me take alternatives or the easy way out because I was sore or with fatiguing muscles. He said to keep going, so I did. The people are encouraging and helpful. It’s a high energy and positive atmosphere.. it takes a certain type of person to gravitate towards the environment here and I love it.!!! I’m excited for what is ahead.!!

HFC is the best gym in EP! Rick the owner is down to earth and one of the best trainers in El Paso. If you want an old school gym feel with family vibes then i recommend you go into HFC!!
