Their coffee is very much high quality and small GOOD collection of pastry for a local Cafe with a calm and peaceful atmosphere is matching in a perfect way. I ordered 4 shot cappuccino, didn't burn the coffee well done. Thank you guys and hope your business grow fast because having a great potential based on the quality.🙏👍

We stopped by Hard Bean Coffee, which is spacious, clean and very comfortable, with a wide variety of menus including coffee, delicious sandwiches, and desserts etc…… The coffee tastes very good and we want to try different things, so we would definitely come back again!

Cute little coffee shop right across from the Merrick train station. Not a huge place but has deceptively more space than it leads on with a couple sitting areas about. I went with their special blend roast, was told it's their best seller and I think that's for good reason! Was a delightful cup of coffee that tasted almost like it had some hints of hazelnut to it. They have plenty of other options available too I'd love to try the next time I come back. Staff was very friendly and they even allowed me to try a taste of the specialty blend to see if I'd like it before I committed to it, which was a nice gesture. Parking can be a little awkward but not too bad, you can park on the street in front and their are a few lots and side streets nearby that you can opt for if it's busy.

Once we walked in, we were quickly greeted by the owners. They had many different unique flavors such as jalapeño, cucumber, and golden turmeric that I have to try next time. I’ve ordered iced Cafe Au Lait, cappuccino, homemade white chocolate cream soda and it was soo good. Their prices are reasonably cheap as well. The owners are so sweet and friendly. Will definitely come back again to try other flavors.

Great coffee shop with good food and drinks and perfect atmosphere for a meet-up with friends or some laptop time! Monkey bread was delicious. Very reasonably priced options!

bumped into this cozy coffee spot with my husband the other day, suprise to see eclairs and it taste good! "the fizz" drink is so refreshing will definitely try other drinks from the iced speicals series.

I came here with my dad after the morning church service on a Sunday. I've been wanting to try this shop out since I noticed it. I wasn't disappointed, it was great. There is a wide variety of coffee drinks and food available to chose from when you walk in. I had the regular coffee and the Monkey Bread. The Monkey Bread wasn't overly sweet but it was sweet enough. It was great dipping it inside of my coffee. The regular coffee was also pretty good, I always judge a coffee shop by their regular cup of coffee, as fun as coffee drinks are you can't properly judge a drink with the flavored syrups that go inside of a coffee drink. The place is relaxing to hang out in and the owner was friendly. Definitely a good place to visit!

I've been to Hard Bean twice and I loved it. I had their cafe au lait and an iced lavender latte and I found it to be quite delicious. The staff is always so attentive and polite. The cafe also has a nice rustic aesthetic to it. It's a definitely a nice place to get coffee.
