Harbourtown Suites - Hotel in Plymouth - 150 Water St, USA

Upon our 2:00am arrival the key code didn’t work and we were locked out. There wasn’t anyone available to help. As a result we had to spend that first night at a hotel down the street. Harbourtown offered to reimburse us for the hotel (great) but credited someone else’s credit card. No problem- I understand mistakes happen. Whoever owns or manages this place must be new to running a company because the lack of professionalism and business knowledge was obvious in his inability to understand the credit mistake he made. His snarky, defensive attitude and reservations he had about simply writing me a reimbursement check made that clear. We still have not been reimbursed. The condo is not luxurious by any stretch and the building reeks of Dollar store cleaning solution. We had to hold our breath and use the stairs to get in and out as fast as possible to avoid respiratory problems and migraines!. I recommend that you find another place to stay - we were treated very well at the Holiday Inn. Their free breakfast was impressive and we had housekeeping. All the things that you won’t get at Harbourtown’s so-called “luxury “ condo.

Buyer beware! We booked, paid in full, and signed a rental agreement only to arrive and discover the key code did not work. I made this reservation through Booking.com and it was then passed to a service called Vacasa. It took 2 hours for them to confirm that our reservation was cancelled without explanation. We were forced to book another hotel at 11:00 at night after spending what was supposed to be a fun start to a birthday celebration trying to contact someone who would help. A refund is supposedly pending, but the disregard for our time and concerns was astounding. I have never written a public review- I just believe this should be known to anyone who is planning and looking forward to a special occasion at this property. Don’t risk it!!

The condo was huge and absolutely perfectly decorated and clean. We loved it. It was fully stocked for making a big dinner and cocktails. The beds were quite comfortable and 3 nice bathrooms, one with a gorgeous tub. There was no view. It was located in a perfect spot. It was hard to figure out which entrance and which elevator and no receptionist. That was difficult for this senior.

My daughter was just married on Saturday 10/14 @ the 1620 Hotel. It was beyond lovely. Although most guests stayed at the hotel I opted for the Harbourtown Suites because they allowed me to bring the dogs. Additionally it was slightly less expensive than the hotel but mostly it was exquisite and I can only say that our stay was nothing short of perfect. The staff was so responsive to any questions or concerns I had & when I say responsive I typically received a reply within 30 minutes or less. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place for a second. It was 5 stars across the board and the location was amazing as well. Thank you for such a great stay!

Excellent location but less than adequate room. Our room is very large with a nice kitchen and a nice bathroom and a separate bedroom. We first walked it and we were so impressed. But this did not last long. It was the little things that were wrong. Our sheets had ink stains on them and we’re full of lint. There was even a small staying or somebody at either spilled coffee or tea on the bed spread. The most concerning part was that we could hear the conversation in the rooms on either side and each step taken in the room above us. And our neighbors were not being noisy.

Absolutely amazing, beautiful, and opulent . Check in was extremely easy. Management was very professional. I did have some confusion with accessing entrance but was given help immediately. You will enjoy!!

You can't find a better place to stay during the summer in Plymouth. The property is beautiful, very clean, and conveniently located near attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The beach is nearby. The suite decor is nautical and very comfortable.

Amazing rooms in a singularly gorgeous location. This was my first stop on my Mass tour and boy did it kick off right! Very comfortable, super clean, and the view...plus bunnies!! 😍
