Leeann and Nick were awesome .. super nice and professional as well .|The condo #315, was great and really clean. Had everything we needed and then some.|The heated pool and hot tub were our daily relaxing hangout. The garage parking is a nice benefit since they started charging for parking in most public places on the beach ..|We’ll definitely be back as the beach rebuilds into it’s former self …

Chose to stay here again and it's better than ever! Super clean, easy check in instructions, parking, pool and hot tub are A+. Perfect location and looking forward to staying again.

Our 8th year Mommy daughter vacation this year! Our usual place in FMB was destroyed by Hurricane Ian, and we needed to find another place to stay. We contacted LEEANN'S PARADISE VACATION RENTALS for a 2 week stay and when we arrived, we were absolutely in LOVE with this place! Leanne's units are located at Harbour House on Old San Carlos boulevard. Our room was beautiful, immaculate and had all of the amenities that we could possibly need. Our room faced Nervous Nellie's as well as Snug Harbor and we could see the water from our balcony. On the 2nd floor, beautiful patios adorned with palms and tropical flowers offered comfortable seating and ceiling fans just next to the pool and hot tub. On the third floor there was another beautiful patio with a large grill for cooking your summertime favorites. A very short walk to Yucatan, Wahoo Willies and Times Square and the beach on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.|What made this trip unforgettable for us is Leanne and Nick's hospitality, and their very attentive approach to their guests. We were not accustomed to this kind of pampering. Extremely friendly and loving personalities, these two. This was such a plus for us and we are definitely coming back same time next year. We really wanted to extend our stay. They truly made it feel like our home away from home. Many people who travel for a vacation don't have the privilege of seeing that kind of welcome too often. Amazing place…super clean, room was modern and smelled like it was brand new! Management was OUTSTANDING! Tanya went above and beyond for us, welcomed us with open arms….It was hard saying goodbye to her! Leann was super accommodating, worked with me on the booking, super friendly, and her husband was one of the best! Management can make or break a rental and this management by far was the best one ever! Place was beautiful and clean

We only got to stay 3 days but, it was a great 3 days. LeAnn and Tanya were so kind and accommodating. The room was nicely decorated and the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The bathroom even had a shower with a handheld shower head (salt water on long thick hair... life saver) The pool area and hot tub were perfect. Sitting on the balcony at night, watching the water and listening to live music... so relaxing. We were worried about going after the hurricane, not knowing the condition everything would be in... although not everything is up and running, the places that are, seem to be killin it and doing so with such positive attitudes. When we can get back... we will definitely be staying at Harbour House again!

My husband and I had a stay vacation we live in Cape Coral, trying to support our locals through this difficult times. Our room was just wonderful, beds so comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need to cook with. The refrigerator held what you needed. We will go back next month for another staycation.

This is a great location. Short walk to the beach and fairly quiet. The pool area is very, very nice, The room was also clean. On the downside the room we stayed in could use a coat of paint and an upgrade on the pull out couch would be nice. There were rust stains on the couch. The mattresses in the bedroom should be replaced as well as the pillows and sheets. The master bedroom nightstand appeared to have cigarette burns. We have stayed here before a few years ago but it looks like not many updates have happened.
