Nope. Nope. This place is LOUD. Parking is limited. The balconies stink of neighbors smoking weed. Units are dirty. Walk from the bathroom to the bed barefoot and your feet will be nasty black. You only get 1 pass to the waterpark per bedroom. Bring your own toilet paper… 1/2 a roll per bathroom. Not worth it. Looks great, but when you boil it down, it’s just a bait and switch with the photos and locale versus reality.

I want to start by saying that the staff was very kind during my visit. I do have some complaints though. For example, parking is very limited. If you have guests coming to also spend time at the water park with you, they have to pay $20 to park at the water park which can be used as credit towards tickets for splash Harbour. I was told they could also park in the street and garage but it clearly states they can’t park there without a parking permit. Tickets are expensive if you have multiple people and go on a weekend. They’re not included in the price for your stay. You only get 1 free ticket everyday of your stay. You must take out your own trash or they charge you $75 “cleaning fee”. I stayed 3 nights and I asked around 1:30 pm on the 3rd night if I could have housekeeping vacuum the carpet. I was told they were too busy with checkouts and that they would see if they could get to it. Around 3pm someone comes to the door with a vacuum and tells me she’s sorry housekeeping couldn’t come but that she was going to leave the vacuum with me. I’m on vacation. I clean enough at home and work. If I wanted to clean the room myself I would have stayed home. Anyways, I vacuumed the floor myself which took me no more than 3 minutes to do. House keeping could’ve done this easily in 3 minutes. I was also told I would be charged $75 for cleaning if I wanted a full cleaning. Which I did not. I only wanted it vacuumed. And that’s all I asked for. I didn’t ask for linen change, toiletries, only vacuum. It didn’t even have to be the entire carpet just a spot clean. You can use pool towels but you have to return them to the front desk and the front desk only or they also charge you!! The pool is only available to you without a pool pass from 6pm-10pm. The rooms are small and the AC is terrible. No matter how low you set it, it didn’t feel cool in the room. There was no desk and only one random wooden chair in the corner. Nowhere to put your clothes. Just a small closet with maybe 3 hangers. No table to sit down and eat. Good things about this place is the beach is close by within walking distance and there’s good food around here. Other than that I will not be returning here. I spent $700 to stay here 3 nights. Which I have been saving it since January. I expected a much better, relaxing experience than what I got. I am very disappointed with this hotel. If it wasn’t for the fact that I have already paid for 3 nights, im on my last night and I know I won’t be getting any money back I would have left the second she brought that vacuum to me.

They sell $99 3 day 2 night promo thing. You have to go to some presentation to be able to use the promo. But they charge to $99 before the presentation. And you have to come with your spouse if you are married or even going through a divorce. Well the lady who sold it to me told me to say I’m single but they wouldn’t buy it when I get there. Wasted my time. And it sounded very much like they were trying to sell you something even tho the lady who sold me it said they will not sell you anything.

This hotel is clean and decently decorated. The location and parking lot is the main reason I gave it 3 stars as those are the best things about this hotel. The room is rather small and there is no space to unpack your things - small closet with a few hangers - no drawers or places to put clothes. The bathroom is quite small with very little room and the shower is terrible! There is no water pressure unless you take a cold shower - if you turn it to hot it barely comes out so you must stand right up under the faucet to be under the water flow. The tub has this small glass door that allows in tons of air so you are freezing the entire time you shower. The bed was quite hard. They are into the environment which is good - but that means the heat / ac is not on while you are not in your room so it takes awhile for it to cool or heat up upon your return. Their towels are thin and scratchy and they only offer you 2 in the room. The hotel is in a great location for the city and getting out if you are traveling north or south to the cliffs or connemara and the parking lot is great if you have a car. But my guess is there are better hotels in this city - we did not have much choice as we booked a few months before our trip and there weren't many options available by that point.

Do not fall for the “presentation” where they offer you 2 nights free. We were treated poorly and discriminated against because “we had children with us”. They claimed to have “qualifications”. How dare they single us out that way. We were pulled aside at a farmers market and offered this promotion. We paid $49. We drove 1.5 hours in a tropical storm with three kids (two separate families) and were treated like we invited ourselves there and were inconveniencing them. We were told rooms are $3000 week and were told repeatedly they are a premier stay. Not sure what this means and why they felt inclined to repeat this. I’ve stayed at the ritz and other five star hotels. Never experiences this unprofessionalism. WHAT a waste of time.

Wonderful place! Refreshed and very clean! Wonderful staff with good service. We had two bedrooms condo with pool view. The condo has everything you need, with washer and dryer. The kitchen was nice and clean. Beautiful and quiet beach in 2 min away. The water park was great! Good place for vacation! We like it! Will be back!

See this before booking!!!! Please you will not regret!! Negatives - (WORST HOTEL STAY EVER!)(WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE) 1. Water park is not free or included in price. It’s totally an extra charge once you arrive. You receive 2 tickets for a B room and 4 for an AB room. 2. Pool is only open for the hotel from 6am-10am and then 6pm- 10pm because the water park is open from 10am to 6pm. 3. If staying in a B room which has washer and dryer you need to wash your own towels. Front desk told me this when I asked for towels to my room. 4. Trash you need to take it out yourself to the lower level parking garage. 5. Parking is very limited! First come first serve. Only like 30 spots near the hotel but many more guests at the hotel. Sometimes had to park a block or two away. 6. DO NOT PAY FOR A MEAL PLAN! Coffee and snacks is not a meal. Save that extra cost and go out and try breakfast at a local restaurant. Positives + (All positives reflect area not hotel) 1. Beach is really beautiful and great for families 2. Waking distance to the beach. 3. Many local restaurants 4. Very calm and quite area **I honesty hope this hotel reads the reviews and makes some changes so other vacationers don’t go through the same issues we went through.

Beautiful view of a water park you CANT USE!!!! We have 8 people in our room and got 4 passes. How am I supposed to chose who gets to have fun at the water park and who doesn’t? It says nothing online about not getting enough passes for everyone in the room. It also fails to mention that you take out your own trash, change your own sheets, get your own toilet paper, wash their towels for you to reuse, and there’s about 20 parking spots for the whole hotel so you have to park half a mile away. I don’t mind having to clean up my own mess of course but I paid a lot of money to VACATION here and it feels more like I’m still at home with the beach across the street. Would’ve chose somewhere better if I would’ve known all of this before hand. Also called to complain and they said they were a hotel and not a resort, Never been to a hotel where you have to do everything for yourself and don’t get a pool to swim in. I’d get better room service at the motel 6, at least I get clean sheet every night.

When I arrived, I felt like I stepped into Christmas village. Decorated with the cutest pieces. The room was a 2 level suite. Outdoor patio overlooking the water. The boats had cute names and decor also. The room in itself was clean, well organize

Nice quite side of the Clearwater area just a quick 12 minute ride south. I think there's like 8 parking spots so on the busy season you may be hard pressed to find a spot. No showers or bathrooms here but it's worth it. If you prefer less of a crowd

This place was so good I ate here twice during my week visit. Everything was wonderful. Not sure what I liked more the char broiled octopus or the blackened grouper. I know you can't go wrong with a slice of the key lime pie
