05/20/23: it was my second time being here and the great feeling has been always the same. I love watching how these fountains pump up the water on top after a period of time. The park’s views are outstanding and gorgeous. The city has done tremendous and awesome work by keeping this park clean and innovating it well. I will always be back when I have time. Love love this place!!!
I visited in the evening and no one was around the park. it’s kinda soulless but nicely decorated.
Beautiful setting for a nice relaxing time or bringing the kids to cool off and play in the water.
Nice little park and sitting area next to the ferry. There are a number of areas to sit and eat and watch the fountains. Beautiful landscaping also.
Nice place to walk down by the water. Too bad there were some undesirable people there hanging around which made us feel a bit uncomfortable.
Such a blessing! Beautiful little park nestled next to the Bremerton Ferry. Amazing view of the sound at the end with five wading pools from entrance to end that have large pillars in their centers that act like fountains. I have heard that there is usually water coming out of the tops like geysers but it wasn't doing it while we were there. There are bathrooms with enough space to change into and out of bathing suits. A great place to take children on a hot day. There are tables and chairs set in small clusters along the edges. We took advantage of these to sit and watch the kids play in the couple of inches of water. There are large bushes and trees along the edges to offer shade from the sun. This is somewhere I will gladly take the family to again. Keep in mind that there is no on site parking so you will most likely need to park in one of the small lots around there and walk over.
A relaxing little park. Grab some take out from one of the nearby restaurants and take it to the park. The fountains are the highlight and when it's warm, kids will be wading in them but there's also a lot of rock features and some great views. The city does a good job keeping this area clean. There is free 2 hour parking on 2nd St
What a beautiful park!
Apparently the city does not care enough to hire proper security guards. Because this park is overrun with trash. The homeless and marina workers use this park as a trash bin. Random people sleeping all over the place and a strange smell from the fountains. Gross!!
