Harbor Inn - Motel in Philipsburg - 810 N Front St, USA

Stayed there 1 night due to my Boyfriend's work,had to wait too check in, the lady who worked the desk smelled of beer, Cockroaches, even found a big dead one in bed, very outdated,great water pressure and NO bedbugs!,nice thing is Sheetz was right nextdoor,no ice machine or ice bucket,no coffee or pot,never again will I stay there,took 10 mins to check in and No one was there and Doors we locked for check out,so I dropped the key off and left,they say check in is at 4:30 and check out is 12:30 but when you go inside (stinks) it says on the sign 4:30 check in and 11:00 check out so who knows, the picnic tables are for short people, the grills are kept clean but the grass needs mowed. The whole place smells expect the room we were in.

Positive: The staff was very nice, I liked the location, and the choice of restaurants around the area. Negative: There was no breakfast in the lobby, no microwave in the room or coffee pot. There was also no beverage machines in the hallway. Negative: ""

Place is horrible! It stinks once you walk in, didn’t even get a room because everyone needs to show ID, the lady at the front desk was rude right off the bat, don’t go to this place, you will regret it

Our room was relatively clean compared to other motels, but the front desk lady seems to be under the influence. At night, we saw another guy looking disoriented. There were almost no other guest staying in the motel. Avoid this place.

Positive: Staff very helpful,courteous and friendly. It is an older building but they are trying to make improvements to the building and update the rooms. Overall clean and mostly comfortable (except mattress). A/C worked great!! Negative: Mattress very hard and uncomfortable.

SKETCHY. Very sketchy. Cockroaches in the rooms and not clean. Seriously, this is a filthy, outdated motel. I had booked two nights and barely made it through the first night. When I complained at the office the next day, the manager *pretended* to issue a refund through the credit card, but it never appeared. They also refused to provide a printed receipt. AVOID.

The service was amazing. Angel was so sweet and is so willing to help no matter what. They are in the process of renovations and trying to get everything updated. Yes it's an old building but it's a part of Philipsburg history. My room was in good condition and everything was clean and well put. I thank them for everything they are doing since the last person who managed it didn't have the best interest for the hotel and angel and all that work there now do. Keep up the hard work.

Cochroachs in the room.|The most disgusting place we've ever stayed. We will never come back to this hotel. And I highly suggest you do not waste your money here. There's nothing to do in the area to keep us busy.
