Todd the supervisor was very knowledgeable and helpful to me today. Great store! They need electric shopping carts for disabled customers though; if they'd supply those, there would be no end to the shopping that my neighbor and I would be doing in there, and there are a lot of other people who can't access this store because there are no carts for them. Great store otherwise. I just couldn't stay very long because I couldn't stand in one place long enough to really shop and enjoy things and buy them.
Awesome place. My second home. When it opened, I never thought I would shop there. But they got so many things for the tradesmen for an excellent price as well! And they have a very liberal and generous return policy on top of their already cheap tools! Shop here first- then Home Depot
Harbor freight is the magical place where it seems like the Home Depot and the dollar store had a baby. I love it. Although they discontinued the 20% off coupon they've had since ... forever and the free items, the prices still can't be beat. While I do hope beyond hope that said coupons/items will come back, I can't really whine about good tools at rock bottom prices.
My husband & I went during Covid. My husband didn't wear a mask. The manager was aggressive about telling him to wear it. Gave us a negative impression, temporarily. Otherwise positive store.
did not have advertised Thunderbolt Edge AAA batteries in stock. It was why i went there today. Picked up a couple tools i can use but am disappointed abouy those silly batteries. Staff was great as always, friendly and easy going. This is a huge reason i shop at our local HF... Great staff!
