Great store for tools and such with good prices. Wide variety to suit your needs. They also have a club for $30 a year that can save even more money.

Great prices on reasonable quality tools for the knowledgeable DIY'er. An excellent place to purchase non-durable materials - sandpaper, grinding disc's, sharpening stones, adhesives, plastic sheeting, tarps, strapping supplies, rope, twine, etc.

Yes we got what we needed loved the store, hardly no staff in the store. One worker walked by us did not ask us if we needed anything till I approached him. Tried getting a job there after retirement got a big shoveoff .
I am a fan of Harbor Freight, when it comes to deals they can't be beat, and they are great for those one off tools and they really have improved their quality on their tools. The Oswego store is a mixed bag, some days you go in there and the staff is fantastic! They're helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Other days you go in... not so much. There is one in particular who has a pretty rotten attitude, that I really don't like dealing with. His attitude and demeanor are quite off putting, which is a shame because a majority of the staff there are great, you just have a few bad apples.
