Tools cheap sure they don't work sometimes but you get free replacement still a good tool store for the construction type guys

Natalie & Becca both helped me out today with some of the best customer service I've ever had. Not only did they help me get what I needed, they were able to help me get a newer upgraded version of wthe tool I was returning because it broke. I am very happy to have them there to assist me with things like this. Huge shout out to them both!!! And the store is also very nice and organized. Very clean and tidy. It is a good example of teamwork from the stores employees.
