Harbor Freight Tools - Hardware store in Oklahoma City - 8027 Northwest Expy, USA

I absolutely love this store! The prices are better than any other hardware store near by. The employees are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. The store is always clean and orderly, despite the occasional bird that flies in. There is always plenty of parking available, and coupons are always available to save you money through their app.

My experience in the store was great. I was greeted and even asked if I had any questions. The store was well stocked and very organized.

My favorite place for tools. Kim and Karen are two of the nicest people I've ever encountered at a retail store, and so is James. All Very knowledgeable and so attentive to details and product location. Prices are great and Iove the rewards program and freebies days I do not care for the much older man that works there he's very pushy and the last time he helped me he had terrible body odor. Regardless will return and my favorite tool spot

Came in today to buy some parts in about five employees standing around doing nothing all three of us waited in line to check out for about 15 minutes. Only one person work in the crash register and everybody else doing nothing. I asked what the deal was and they said they’re doing inventory but that’s no excuse for such bad customer service and making customer sit and wait to check out. Cashier was very inconsiderate and helped a customer that just walked up instead of helping others that have been waiting in line. She apologized to the guy when I commented that I have been waiting and I should go next. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Always good deals. But I'd like to ask the strip mall owner do you cater to the homeless? Take better care of your property

Walked in this store looking for a generator. My normal HF didn't have them in stock. (normal issue with this HF location) The employee that helped us was not only friendly but knowledgeable. She even helped load the generator into my SUV. Best experience at a Harbor Freight store ever. I will be bypassing my normal HF store to shop here.

It was a great experience in the store. Prices seems competitive. The most important was the super helpful and welcoming staff 😊

I am a sucker for this place. I always walk out with a few bags full of stuff I don't need, but just had to have. The staff is always very helpful and nice.
