Love this place great people an easy to find stuff you need an don't need

They do have outstanding-looking products, a very clean store floor, and a great presence for lengthy shopping. For anyone who is intuitive, it can come off as intense.

Sold me 2 defective generators and then charged me $70 for a restock fee to return it. I will never shop at a harbor freight again.

I bought a cordless angle grinder and did not read box that said tool only. Not Their fault. I was disappointed that the tool had no battery or charger. For not a premier tool line the total tool battery and charger cost was more than DeWalt or Milwalkee

These girls are always willing to help. Friendly atmosphere.

Great deals and friendly staff. Every time I am there, they always make sure to great me and see if they can help. However they are not annoying with it. Other store constantly ask you if you need help. The good ole HFT know when to ask so you can freely shop with hassle. And that to their great deals, and you can see why I keep coming back!

Most of the time they have what you need for a decent price!

Got what I needed and the women were so nice and helpful!
