I was pleasingly surprised at the size and the abundance of tools. I went to the clearance section and wished I had enough money to buy all these bargains. I bought a Hercule tool at a great price. I will be back for more bargains after my income tax refund. The staff is helpful and friendly. This is a great place to shop for great tool deals.
First of all, they sent me an email, which showed me what was on sale, I was looking for a good tarp, and it just so happened they had one on sale. I went to the store, I was like a kid in a toy store, so many tools and gadgets, I'm going back on payday 🤯
I visited Harbor Freight in Ruston, Louisiana and was immediately greeted by the Supervisor Sherre Sibley. This incredibly sweet Lady was extremely helpful and exemplified the ultimate in customer service! Her smile lit up the entire place and her charisma and positive attitude are refreshing in these tumultuous times in our Nation. If everyone were to just exhibit one tenth of the friendliness, helpfulness, and productivity I witnessed from this Powerful Lady our retailers and Country would be such a better place!

Love shopping at all harbor freights. Only complaint I have is why can’t y’all stay open later. 8:00pm closing is just too early. Maybe at least on the weekends y’all could stay open til 10:00pm. 9:00pm would be better than 8:00 also. I think you’d be surprised at the sales you’d have in those 2 hours extra being open. 6:00pm on Sunday?? Come on now?!’
It's hit or miss with this store in regards to looking for assistance. I had to get the cashier's help to find what I was looking for.
