The actual store is good. They usually have plenty of items in stock, and the store itself is clean. A couple of the young associates are more worried about being on their phones than helping anyone. While this young female was on her phone, I asked her if she could look in the back for something that was not on the floor, but that showed was in stock. Without even moving, she told me it's not in the back, and if they had it in stock, it would be on the shelf. A few minutes later I went to another employee, and they ran to the back to grab the item I needed...

I love harbor frieght great place to get the right thing but here lately the current customer service is horrible if your out of an item please take the time to help someone and see if you have Back stock these people must not have any sense of service which is lacking use to not be this way what changed is beyond me this may not get put on the site but it's worth a shot hopefully it may get recognized but I am not holding my breath

Not the nicest personal there. The cashiers are clueless and a manager didn't even know about apps to pay with. Just not helpful at all.

Not much of individual sockets that I could find or wrenches bigger than 1 inch

I almost always find what I need.. and sometimes stuff I dont "need" but buy anyway! The store is looking better every time I'm there! went looking for flag pole brackets but there wasn't any.. no biggie..that time of year.. I'll look again. did see the toolbox of all tooldboxes though! What a beast!

Most usually find what I'm looking for. To answer a Google maps question I asked if they had pallet Jacks & 2 employees told me no. Walked a few isles over and low & behold 😳 a pallet Jack 😹

Walk around and see how long it takes to actually get some bonified assistance and this even applies to management.. Test it out She won't disappoint you. I remember when harbor took pride in helping find what you are looking for, now they just say " over there what ever you see is what we got". Let's just say affirmative action is not very affirmative. More like negated action. This country is in for a rude awakening.
