We found nearly everything that we needed, and when we couldn't, the extremely helpful sales associate found everything else, even from vague descriptions! We spent more than intended, but it was all needed nonetheless.

Cheap Chinese tools that might last many years or not ever work at all. That's what makes shopping here fun. It's like gambling. The bench vice pictured broke after about a month but only because it was rarely used. Test things well and don't wait a month or more to use them or you'll get stuck with broken useless tools that you can't return. If you go during peak hours you'll have to wait a while to check out. Also be prepared to share your phone number and name with the other 5 people in line because that's the first thing they ask. They'll try to sell you an extended warranty on almost every item you buy which gets old. The staff are clearly on a commission for this because they push it hard. I used to go here to use a 20 percent off coupon I would get about once a month but they changed those coupons to exclude pretty much everything in the store so the coupons are useless but it's all in the fine print. People there are generally nice and helpful when processing your returns.

Excellent store tons of product (TONE) if they don't have it you may wanna go ahead and patent it lol but in all seriousness couldn't wish for a better hardware store always leave with more than I intended to buy haha

Very nice, clean, friendly people! The best Ive seen in the state, WV! Checking out however..............OMG!!!!!Just ring me up!!!!!!! Please I beg you!!!!! Its like waiting in line to send a fax with AOL with nervous people waiting, limbo, slow, slower,and then mostest bestest slow of slow but wait theres more, Biden slow, as in a Snail and a Sloth competeting on who can set still the longest without moving forever untill infinity in whitch case cycles again, tormenting hell!! SERIOUSLY, im gonna have to open my own tool store!!!!

This place is a one stop handyman shop that won't break the bank. The employees are beyond knowledgeable about their products and services.

The people that helped us were super awesome and did everything they could, but we bought heavy items that we needed assistance with and there was no people on staff bulky enough to help. We ended up getting it down thanks to the two awesome people helping us, but they were not able to do any serious lifting

Have never had a problem wit any item from here. Great deals. Jane really went above and beyond at the register. Great customer service.helped me find more deals. Will definitely be back soin soon
