Had an issue with pricing being different than listed online. Spoke with the manager about the issue and he fixed and and even wheeled the item out to my vehicle for me. The good service is definitely appreciated.

If you're in a bind and need cheaper tools, this would be a nice spot to pick some up. I like to buy up zip ties and straps here. They hold up fine for me, and the price point is just right. I've also bought a ball joint kit, which is well made. Customer service is great here. I've never had a bad experience.

Please quit sending people emails that they’ve won something and all they need to do is enter some information. I had one that said all I needed to do is pay $8 for the shipping for winning a product worth $700. It turned out to be a scam and I was informed that I signed up for a su subscription which is clearly a scam.

Wish I had asked the person at the door her name. She asked if we needed anything. We told her; she smiled real big and took us right to it! Exactly what we wanted, and she explained how it worked, and what it WON'T do. Great customer service! In and out, mission accomplished.
