Happy Camp RV Park - RV park in Angleton - 14095 TX-288 Business, USA

This place is a dump. Was going to rent a spot there but there's too much wrong with the place. The front end is the only spot that looked nice. The roads are dirt and have massive deep potholes that turn into massive deep puddles. My car couldn't maneuver around them. Had to go right through them. I don't even know how the people got there camper's back there. I don't think this place is safe for kid's to play outside alone. Most of the lot's past the paved spaces are in prity bad shape. I don't even know if half of outlets even work or if the septic has been emptied. I even found an old RV with the windows broken and the AC on top ripped apart for the copper. They need a new manager with a fix all the things attitude if they want this place to succeed. Sorry pal. If you can't take care of your used to be nice RV park then sell it.

We have been staying here for couple of months now the park is very peaceful and well kept. Spacious site, clean laundry room, good Wi-Fi, playing area for the kids, dog friendly, huge retention which it makes it impossible to flooded here. Lake Jackson is 5 minutes away, 20 minutes away from Surfside Beach, excellent schools for the kids. Great place to stay!!!

My daughter and i have lived here for almost two years now and we love it! They have large spacious concrete and pavement full hookup sites. They are easily contacted and reply within minutes, very nice people. Happy camp is a very family oriented and safe environment....Also pet friendly, we have a dog and a cat. Neighbors are respectful and quiet. Everyone is good about keeping their trash in the trash. I like how the office and the Laundromat are connected for easy access of both. Laundromat is always clean. Grass is kept up with and cut. Wifi works pretty good. I've never had problems connecting to it. My daughter and i love going to the volleyball net they have in the center and play. They really make it feel comfortable like home!

Really nice park, sounds crazy buts it's hard to find RV parks with a nice yard and grass and this place has it! Very quiet, and clean. Laundromat has two washers and dryers and a/c. I think it would be great if another washer and dryer set could be added in but that's the only complaint. Owner is good about getting back to you with whatever you need and quarters for the laundromat. Overall I'd stay here again anytime we are in the area!

Lived there a year and a half. At first they were great, but then things slumped a bit. Nobody was ever in the office and you could only text for information. Wi-Fi is very weak and when complaints were made some guy would stand outside with his phone and basically say you didn’t know what you were talking about or had your settings wrong because he was getting a signal. I worked there as an online instructor during Covid lock down and had to set up an alternate system of my own. The owner seems to have taken notice recently though and last time I was there it looked better. It was a good quiet no-frills place to stay. Mostly full timers working at the plants. No sleeping in that’s for sure. All in all, if you don’t mind the big diesels starting your morning early for you, it’s a nice full timer place.

Great gated park. Really quiet and peaceful. My kids love the playground. Friendly environment. Been coming here for the past couple years and never had issues. Quick reply for reservations

This place is absolutely amazing. Quite, well kept and very very amazing management. We have had one incident with another camper and it was very quickly resolved by the wonderful management. We have such a beautiful space with a good size yard. Each rv has its own yard! They are pet friendly and the price can’t be beat for the quality!
