Great piece of history. Recommend the tour!
It was great. The sand dunes were a sight to behold. The 1.5mile trail was an easy enough trail for families to hike together. Many landscape to take picture of, and with you in it. Top of the sand dunes were truly amazing. Note from me, there are many large insect along the trail and the dunes[no worries, they're harmless], bring several water if going during mid-day, UV sunglasses, hiking sandals, hat, and maybe a mask to protect your mouth from sands(if your planning to climb up the dunes)
Tricky place to find. But once you do it is secluded and a fun place to explore. It has a fun background story and great views of the Columbia with river access.
This is a beautiful oasis right in the middle of the desert. Walk an easy, sandy trail along the river banks up to the big sand dunes. A nice place to watch birds and the sunset.
Just over 4 miles of dirt road, then about 3 miles of paved, takes you down to the historic ferry landing site and the original townsite of White Bluffs
So much empty space out here. If you enjoy vastness and panoramic views make a stop here.
Had porto potties boat launch. Nice roads, no overnight camping allowed.
Visited this beautiful place 1/27/2020. Definitely will be back.
This course was an immaculate shape. The sand traps were perfect like hitting out of whipped cream. The greens ran around 13 For speed. The price was right for about 60 bucks a person with cart. We had a 10 o'clock tee time and was not rushed or push
What a beautiful building and location. The artifacts are phenomenal, and the whole center manifests an experience of connecting the past to the present. Wanapum people were deeply impacted by various industrial developments such as the dam or handfo
This is how I want French fries to taste every time I order them. Everything was hot and delicious. Perfect pit stop on our little road trip across WA!
