Loved all the variety of stores and items available. Unique gift ideas and a perfect place to shop for special gifts. Employees were so friendly no matter which store we shopped at and were very helpful.. very good variety of choices in their food court. It was very noticeable that the mall could have better upkeep.. not very appealing when it looks like nothing has been cleaned recently.

This is a very nice mall, with a lot of good stores of different kinds of things. From African brands & video games, to scented candles to a good food court & retail stores. I love going there to shop or just to get a good plate of Japaneese or Thai food. There's also a Dave & Busters, so it's a big attraction for me and the kids! The food at Dave & Busters is good, but kinda expensive.
FYI: Christmas shopping is at full force right now, so the mall is very active these days.
Time to bulldoze this property. CBL has destroyed the mall experience. Doesn’t even feel safe coming on property. Mostly independent stores and the general mall is NASTY. If you come in , look at the ceiling on both ends of the mall look mold infested.
This Mall always brings me back to the past events and visits we've made here, in town. With Santa here every year along with the Christmas tree( two flights high). Hanes family built there first house here in about year 1888, about 13 miles from this Mall and last seen up for sale (there first house) and property going for a cool $1.6 million dollars.! Thanks Hanes for a wonderful life in this town !! Keep growing
Hanes Mall is a big and beautiful mall with unique features to give unforgettable experiences.
It's a place to stop by and shop for visitors that on vacation to North Carolina.
There are elevators, different stores selling products ranging from beautiful dresses for men, women, children to shoes, hair accessories, jewelries.
Within the mall is also food court that has several food outlets offering variety of dishes.
I stopped at the Thai max stand to have a bite, their food was so nice, pocket friendly and their staff so courteous.
The mall has very spacious parking lot.
Inside the malls are restrooms too.
Nice mall but be careful with the guy that runs the trampoline business.
I gave him a $20 bill for a $10 session for my little son to jump on the trampoline he didn't give me any change back.
He just asked me.if I wanted my receipt. I said "yes and I want the $10 change you owe me "
Then he played it off as if he made a simple mistake. When I looked at the receipt he himself entered that I gave him a $20.
So he knew what he was doing.
Ppl just pay attention else you will get scammed. It looks like they know your from NYC and feel as though you are rich and need to be taken advantage of.

Nice shopping center in a great location. Good for business. There is a strong diversity of restaurants and businesses. There's a beauty salon and an Asian restaurant as well as a subway. It is clean and it is safe.
