Jennifer made the whole experience so easy and quick! I was so nervous I wasn't going to have everything I needed or get anything back but she made she to inform me through the process and made me feel so comfortable and confident like I wasn't just another number in line. Very professional and personable. Great sense of humor! My fiance and I have already decided to make her our tax lady for years to come!

I have been using Anne Miles in the Mount Juliet, TN branch to prepare my taxes for years. I will never let anyone but Anne prepare my taxes. She is an incredible asset for H&R Block. She is hard-working, professional and always pleasant. On top of that, she is one of the most caring professionals I have ever met. I refer people to Anne all the time. She is someone I completely trust.

Had a noon appointment that I was right on time for. The preparer I was assigned to was a little behind, but fine, I don't care who does my taxes. I'm told to wait a minute and he will find someone. One preparer is doing nothing for 15 minutes and his appointment finally shows up 15 mins late. Could have been half done with my taxes by then. I wait another 20 minutes and they bring back a walk in who showed up 5 minutes earlier. No respect for my time so no business from me.

Zelda Anne is the nicest person I have ever met. She takes the time to go over everything with you. She will not let you leave until you understand everything about your taxes. Thanks Zelda.
