Was greeted when we walked in and seated immediately. Ella our server was very nice and attentive. We ordered rangoon appetizer , they were a kittle different but delicious. Tried the sushi pizza, it could have been for two, really interesting and tasted great. Steak and fried rice were incredible.

Went by here for food for the first time today; went once before but sat out in the courtyard out back and just had drinks. Food was great! Had pot stickers and edamame for appetizers which were good. chicken teriyaki came out piping hot and was good. Jalapeño roll was amazing! Crab, jalapeño, cream cheese, fried with spicy mayo and another sauce.

Been back here several times. That jalapeño roll quickly became a favorite! Have had it every time. Tried their garlic shrimp appetizer yesterday and that was good too. Service has always been good. Have yet to be disappointed here!
I don't eat sushi but both my girls LOVE it so coming to Hana has always given me limited options... UNTIL I DISCOVERED THE FRIED CHICKEN ROLL!! It's delicious, 10/10! The gyoza is always great too, that was always my go-to option before. My daughter highly recommends the Naruto Roll.
Very hard working staff! Once had a party of 10 followed by a party of +20 right ahead of me and saw everyone zooming around trying their hardest to keep up. I have a hard job but they could probably work circles around me honestly. Food is always consistently great as well. Also Kristen was a great waitress and is an expert with customer service.
The food is delicious. The hibachi cooks are funny, friendly, and make it a great experience. The restaurant is clean, the staff is great. Highly recommend!
Hana is nothing to get excited about, as usually something that you order is not cooked the way it's described on their menu, my tempura Japanese shrimp was made with panka bread crumbs for example. The fillet mignon steak, are any other steak I might mention, and shrimp is always served with the steak cut up and it's not fillet mignon either. Salad also leaves little to be desired just lettuce with some dressing thrown on top. Natchitoches is a small town with not a lot of good restaurants, so we take what we can get cuz we don't have choices unfortunately, but if you visit don't expect a huge exciting meal for a very good price either.
I get takeout pretty regularly ehen in town and itbis consistently fresh and delicious! Service is always fast and friendly.

The stay here was excellent! Rooms were very comfortable and clean and Kelly (the innkeeper) made our stay much more enjoyable. She greeted us every morning with a smile and portrayed a very pleasant atmosphere.
