We stayed what was only going to be one night. We enjoyed the friendly staff, the clean rooms the comfy beds and bathrooms, quietness and convenient eateries minutes away that we decided to stay another night. The pool was an awesome treat at the end of the day, the hot tub was a pleasure as well. This place is quite affordable and minutes from the beach. Definitely be booking here again.
We stayed for 4 nights, upon first entering our room it appeared to be cleanly and suitable for just a few nights upon arrival. The a/c wasn’t on, so the room was hot when we walked in, but overall appeared fine, maybe a bit small. After turning the a/c on and running errands and then returning, the room reeked of cigarettes. Every time we would leave and come back, the room smelt so strong. We opened a window and powered off the a/c, and that helped, but resulted in an uncomfortably warm room. Neighbors surrounding us had music so loud the room was vibrating at 11pm at night and children running down the hallway at 7am. I recommend for a cheap hotel in the area, but be prepared for cigarette smelling rooms and lots of noise around you.
Great little place! I am so glad I didn't listen to any negative reviews. Dan at the front desk was very nice, and our room was spotless upon arrival. A well-appointed room with electrical outlets everywhere you would want. They dress the bed with crisp white linens and instead of the often "questionable" bedspread, there are layers of sheets with a perfect duvee. Fluffy pillows and comfy mattress. I slept great! And the pool!!! The whole pool area is pristine and the pool itself is warm! I would definitely stay here again. Also, if you need to heat the room, use the A/C unit on the wall. It works for both hot and cold air.
We will begin with my experience with John when I checked in on Tuesday. When i told him my name, his first words were "your card declined" in a very rude tone. (Well of course it declined, it had been lost and replaced). He continued to be extremely rude and insulting, even after I gave him full payment with the correct card. Then later, he claimed our room key had the right wifi password, but no one could get it to work. When we asked John about it, he insisted both my sisters let him program it in. He took their phones to do it. It was very creepy and like he wanted to do something to their phones. I did NOT let him touch mine after how rude and creepy he was when I checked in. Add that the pool was murky, not clear and reeked of chlorine. One of the mattress pads was dirty (including food crumbs). Several of the toiletries in the bathroom expired in 2020. The elevator was terrifyingly rickety. The towels could have passed for sandpaper. We couldn't get John to come to the front desk when we needed more towels. And the parking was horrible. Top that all off with the fact the day shift guy was not concerned about our negative experience and John flat refused to tell me who I could complain to. Steer clear!!!
Cute little hotel, not far from the strip. We had gotten the hot tub sweet which was amazing. Only wish the AC was turned on before arrival. They have a jet spa and a heated pool. And on site parking. They've kept up with the place quite well. I would go back.
Great place. Immaculate rooms and pool area. The pool is truly heated! The bed linens are awesome and the mattress was perfect. We ignored the negative reviews and could not be happier. Electric outlets everywhere and the microwave and mini fridge is handy. The location is next to or near "everything" a traveler might need.

Nice Hotel and the front desk attendants were friendly. Bed was great, room was clean. It’s an old hotel and definitely is in need of some refreshment, specifically the carpets . 10 solid min driving to the beach. Plenty of restaurants around.
This place is adorable! We really loved our stay here. We only stayed one night on our way up to Maine but I really wish we would have been able to spend a little bit more time in the area. All of the staff were very nice and courteous. Lots of histo
We just had the most amazing and relaxing winter retreat at The Hampton House Hotel! I fully recommend HH for a quiet get away during the hustle and bustle of the Holiday season. We had an ocean front room with the most amazing view. We brought some
This was the best thing we did on vacation this summer. We went in early September and had a one on one with Ellen. She was fabulous and so so so knowledgeable. My partner and I were so incredibly impressed with all the up close animal interactions,
