He delightful stay! Rooms were super clean as was everything else in the hotel, everything was laid out in a way that made sense, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and every person that worked there was absolutely wonderful. I'm pretty sure that everybody I came in contact with asked me how my day was going and checked on me. Special shout out to Cody who went out of his way to make sure that my key would work correctly in the fitness room. The professionalism and courtesy here is outstanding!

Room was nice, with new carpet and it was very clean. Walkable to shopping and groceries. Breakfast was fair. Not as many options as I would have liked. I had the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. I only had a few bites, but I didn't like it. My husband enjoyed his waffle, and the dark roast coffee was delightful. The front desk people were wonderful.

Hands down the CLEANEST hotel I have ever been to. I do not generally like hotels and usually rent Airbnbs when I travel. You know that icky sticky feeling you get at some hotels? Well, not this one! The sheets were super clean, you could eat off the bathroom floor and the remote control was not greasy. These are my measures of a clean hotel. This one surpassed them all. Super friendly staff made it for a great experience!!

The hotel was super clean, the rooms (we had adjoining) were lovely, beds/pillows super comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend the breakfast potatoes and the apple cinnamon waffle (top it with the Carmel sauce and whipped cream). We had a small party in the conference room, which is very spacious and has its own bathroom. Loved our overnight girls mini vacation!

I stayed two weekends in a row. The rooms were beautiful and on the second trip they kept checking in with me to make sure my stay was perfect. When I needed something - towels, remote- we got immediate assistance. We will be back for sure! And the breakfast was yummy too!

Room was clean, staff was friendly and courteous, ample parking. However, Monday morning breakfast was so-so, bathroom counter space was lacking for two people, and Monday night price was surprisingly high. This rating does not reflect the loud heating system which seems to continuously go into defrost mode. Since this is the beginning of the cool season, I just figured maintenance was not aware yet so reported it to front desk upon check out for them to address.

Stayed for just one night in transit from Washington DC to Niagara. Checked in and we were greeted with wine and cheese and biscuits, very nice start. The hotel is modern and comfortable. Located close to the town and a variety of food outlets it is a most handy stop over venue. Rooms have free WiFi, a fridge, microwave, tea and coffee maker. No safe.||||The rate includes breakfast, which has been described in other reviews as "basic". Actually, I would suggest that understates the variety of what's on offer; potatoes, scrambled egg with bacon, cereals, toast, muffins, jams, unlimited tea and coffee and probably more that I didn't notice. A short walk away (about 900 to 1,000 metres) is a shopping area with a well stocked liquor store and food outlets including a very reasonably priced pizza take away. With the microwave in the room this was an option we went for.||||Just as an aside, for anyone visiting the USA or Canada for the first time, unlike the UK, most supermarkets are not generally licenced so if you want wine or spirits then you have to find a liquor store (they are plentiful in most towns and cities).||||Apart from the lack of a safe (which didn't really matter to us as we there for only one night), this hotel was an excellent resting place, very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

If the room we had is any indication of the rest of the hotel, then this hotel should be the BENCHMARK for the Hampton brand. |We were notified a couple days ahead of time that due to our Diamond status we would be upgraded. Sure enough 24 hours before arrival we received a notification that we could go into the app and select any of the upgraded rooms to stay in. We just picked a random one on the highest floor. I believe the room number was 517.|It truly is the little stuff that just makes for a better stay. We were greeted on arrival by Sara, who was friendly, and welcoming. We were just staying the night then heading on to our next destination, but found ourselves just appreciating the minor details in the room for our stay.|First, the soft-close toilet seat. Honestly I don’t understand why these haven’t become standard in all mid-to-higher range hotel chains. The bathroom also had a small nightlight which is much better than the too-dim light generated by wall outlets that some hotels use. ||Next, NETFLIX and other upgraded tv items. When a hotel has internet streaming services, whether Netflix or Amazon, or anything you can just log in and pick up where you left off from home, it FEELS more home-y. And to that end, the small touch of the rolling ottoman with the handle to pull back and put up your feet, and ample end table space for drinks and phones—just really put the finishing touches to the already very comfortable sofa we got with the upgraded room.|The coffee and hot water for tea downstairs were ALWAYS nice an hot – thank you for that!|My only additions to this hotel, which I’ve had in a few other superchain brands, is that they switch out the minifridges to the ones with the little separate freezer door on top (this one had no freezer for our ice packs which are essential travel items for us.)|My only complaint would be that the pillows are getting a little old and have lost much of their fluff.||Otherwise best Hampton brand experience I’ve ever had.|
