This is the stinkiest hotel I have ever experienced. It smells SO musty the moment you walk in from outside. A stale smell. An old house that hasn't been aired out in years. So maybe it was just the lobby? The room was no better, and you could not open a window to air out the smell. We found a housekeeper and asked if she had any deodorizer and was prepared (surprise surprise) and gave me a bottle of Fabreeze. We never unpacked and kept our suitcases sealed so as not to absorb the odour. When I mentioned the smell to the gal at the front desk, she shrugged it off, said she could not smell anything. Probably used to it. No apologies.||Beds were comfortable. Not high that you need a boost to get into it.|Only one chair in the room and that was the desk chair. ||Bathroom - good water pressure in the shower. Lots of towels.||The free breakfast (located off the lobby) was okay. You won't walk away hungry. They had enough options of cereals, waffles, breads, muffins, yogurts, oatmeal, unpeeled hardboiled eggs. Their hot food was a chicken patty, potatoes and what appeared to be the shape of an omelet. Juice. Coffee was very good. Paper and plastic everything. It wasn't spectacular, it was adequate.||Parking was good. They offered luggage carts if you needed them. Elevators were very efficient. ||You might think it is deserving of more than one star after my review, but honestly, that smell knocks you down as soon as you walk in. And it sets the tone for the entire stay.||This hotel was in a good location off the highway and access to restaurants and shopping. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again.

Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Lots of pillows and soft blankets. Plenty of choices at the free continental breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Pet Friendly with a $65 cleaning fee. A few places outside to walk our dog.

Whenever we go to Watertown, this is where we stay. The hotel is in a good location, a continental breakfast is included which is all you need to start your day. The staff are led by a great Manager...Allan. ||The rooms are comfortable and there are always lots of pillows. They have a pool and plenty of parking.||The staff are very friendly.

Excellent quality at the Hampton Inn. Our room was perfectly clean, the fridge was very cold, plenty of products in the bathroom to accommodate our needs. The breakfast buffet had everything from waffles, sausage, eggs, oatmeal to cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc. They had it all. Highly recommend.

Stayed at the Hampton while we were in Watertown for 3 days. Everything from the lobby to our room was spotlessly clean. Staff were constantly cleaning and very friendly. We had a room with 2 queen beds that were as comfortable as being at home. Large tv in the room, cold mini fridge, ironing board and iron. Plenty of toiletries and a large bathroom. We stayed mid week and had the pool all to ourself. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway but you don't hear any cars. Nearby great choices of many restaurants and shopping within a 4-5 minute drive. Will definitely stay here again.

The majority of the front desk staff are excellent. The breakfast is nice, the rooms are clean at check-in, and almost all the adventures actually work. The space is modern, in good repair, and generally well kept. Truthfully, this hotel treated me quite well for the 5 weeks I spent there. But none of that matters, because their general manager, Allen Ames, is an angry shrew of a man whose motivation lies solely with profit over people. He strikes me as a person who read a book about hospitality and loudly exclaimed "I can do that" with entirely too much confidence. He made absolutely no effort to assist or accommodate me when I brought a problem to him, one I was struggling with. I am on long-term detail and I had planned on staying in his hotel for four full months but I needed to give up the room for a week. He assured me that if I booked my own reservation I would be able to check back in and reserve the same room. He very happily truncated my existing reservation and instructed me to book a second one online. As a matter of fact that's the only thing he did happily, this haughty Hobbit is usually very grumpy. At the same time, he instructed his employees to remove the government rate from their website so that he could rent my room out at $350 a night instead of $107. When I booked the room and couldn't find the rate, I wasted my time calling the reservation hotline and chatting with a Hilton customer service rep, only for them all to tell me that the decision on pricing goes back down to the individual hotel. So I walked down to speak with my trusted staff, people I had spent weeks getting to know and really enjoyed spending time with, and they informed me that it was Allen Ames himself that decided to remove the government right. He lied to my face to convince me to check out so he could rent my room at a higher rate. The next morning, the day of checkout, he was working the front desk when I came down for breakfast, and as I laid my way over to him to have a Frank discussion about my disappointment in his lie, the weasel shrunk away into a back office never to be seen again. If you want a good hotel and none of this bothers you, this Hampton inn is actually a pretty good choice. Will, Cris, Jim, and the pretty blonde girl at the front desk who doesn't like to wear a name tag are extremely competent and wonderful people. Their boss Allen Ames is an angry little man who places no value on his word, and clearly does not support The United States government, it's loyal employees, or diamond members. He would rather fill rooms with out of town tourists and other transients.

Bad experience. Arrive to our room we were given and it smells like someone had been smoking cigarettes inside the room the entire day before we arrived. The listing stated the hotel was smoke free and allergy safe. Well someone for sure was smoking in the room. We tried to air it out after being told by the front counter Staff that there was no other room available. So it was either have 3 of us sleep in a Crampt car or endure the stank of the previous residents... Pool area wasn't much better as they have a pipe fly infestation which was pretty gross having flying around the room. All in all the hotel Is clearly lacking love, it seems they are trying to do lobby renovations but it just made the stay that much more unpleasant. Overall I wouldn't recommend staying here, if you can find a room in one of the many other nearby hotels I'd advise you to stay there. P.S the generic chatgpt replies on these past poor reviews just keep repeating themselves so it shows no effort to fix the issues here are in place.

Headed to NYC from Toronto and stopped for some gas and when suddenly the mist cleared and like a beacon in the night I spotted a Jamaican flag and Celest Jamaica Cuisine appeared on the Horizon. The food is fantastic and the portions monstrous.
