I can't believe a Hilton hotel would have such terrible mattresses. Please invest the price of 4 nights of your rooms to upgrade your run down mattresses. Light, cheap, with a serious dip in middle. A pure nightmare for anyone with back problems. I'm forced to have to stay at this hotel several nights a month, and in some cases, I have to lay a sheet on the filthy floor, listening to the old, loud AC units, dreading my nights and wishing I had a better choice. Hopefully someday the ownership of this hotel would care about those old mattresses and old loud AC units.
Was a nice stay but when we went back to pool the next morning there was still towels laying everywhere no clean ones and pizza boxes and trash from a party the night before
Excellent experience overall. Spotlessly clean and modernized room with very welcoming decor. I want to add extra emphasis on how clean the bathroom was. No soap scum, odor, or residue on the shower head. Great job! Pricing (subject to change) for my particular stay on a Thursday night was more than fair at $110/night. Front desk staff displayed expert customer service. I will certainly recommend this facility to anyone in the area. My only recommendation would be adding liquid/bug proof covers to both the beds and box springs. I did not see anything alarming when I did my routine bug check but it’s a nice extra level of assurance for guests.
I had a HUGE house fire. And my insurance put me in this hotel. The people have done nothing but completely drain us. We have had people who were so drunk pounding on my door at 3 in the morning and they shrugged it off MULTIPLE times. My dog barked one time and we are getting kicked out. We take our pets with us wherever and whenever they leave they manage to still find something to have a comment on. This place was horrible

There aren't a lot of options for good hotels in Warsaw, so we were glad to find this Hampton Inn, since we are a fan of this brand.|It also has a nice pool which is a perk for the kids. |This is a pretty standard Hampton. Clean, free breakfast, nice staff, but nothing amazing or special to report.
Came to bring kids swimming!!! We had great time! Pool was little chilly but kids didn't care. Hot tub was great! Rooms were clean, overall it was great, felt comfortable, this will be my go to when we need to get out of the house!

My husband and I came here for a date night. We only had about a five minute wait for seats on a week day. Staff was great our food was amazing. We will definitely be back.
