Hampton Inn Warner Robins - Hotel in Warner Robins - 4000 Watson Blvd, USA

My husband and I were traveling from Florida to Tennessee, and on our way back, we chose to reat this time halfway through, and I'm sure glad I chose this place. Spotless clean rooms and hotel. The lobby was nicely decorated with the Christmas spirit. Th hotel clerk was really nice and helpful. I have never been in a hotel that smelled so good and clean. The best experience ever. I'll definitely be back again if we are ever again in the area.

Great location, room was very clean. Digital key via app is very convenient. Must make the front desk staff's job much easier. I was able to reserve my room, check in, and access my room via digital key all without assistance. Checkout was a breeze too. Will stay here again for sure.

The staff was very friendly and the property was very well maintained. Located close to several restaurants and a gas station, very convenient. My only complaint, if you want to call it that, was the bathroom door. It is a sliding door that doesn’t close all the way. Not a big deal if my daughter wasn’t traveling with us. One can see straight in the bathroom/shower when coming in the main door. Other than that, everything else was good. Hampton Inn always has a good selection at breakfast.

Absolutely blown away by the cleanliness, and professionalism of the staff. Everyday we were there the staff were g going above and beyond with everything, including cleaning. My room was impeccable not a crumb or dirty spot anywhere. I stay at a lot of Hampton/Hilton hotels and this is by far the best, even cleaner than the resorts. Even the parking lot was extremely clean. 10/10 recommend.

I travel to a lot of the Hilton properties and this Hampton property is one of the finest in the system. It was very clean, homely decorated and well organized. The staff welcomed me as a Diamond member and made me feel they appreciated my business. I would recommend this property for any Hilton award program because they go out and beyond.||The lady that checked me in was absolutely amazing. The digital key system on the phone was not working but she already had my keys made and handed them to me so there was no wait time.||There are restaurants and shopping across the street within walking distance. The breakfast was very good, well stocked and well organized. The seating area is very spacious and comfortable. ||Highly recommend this property and will stay again when in the area.

I booked a room at this hotel for 10/20 for one night… When I arrived at the hotel my room wasn’t ready which was fine because it was 15 minutes to 3PM. I told the clerk that I was be back… I arrived back after 3PM and my room still wasn’t ready. I wasn’t able to check in until 3:43PM. I asked the clerk would I an several other people that were waiting for their rooms after check in time be compensated because check in time is at 3PM. Her response was yes the website states that but there is a chance that the room will not be ready. I asked if she was the manger and she stated no, I asked for the manager. She walks away to give several other people their room keys that was also waiting and then went to get the manger. She comes back to give me my key and tell me that the manager is there but is in the office with the door closed. She didn’t explain any of the amenities nor did she tell me where my room was, I had to ask her. The next morning housekeeping knocked on my door around 9:15 or so clearly before 11AM and I was checking out that day. Upon check out I asked for the manager again. She wasn’t there but the clerk there gave me her business card. I called both numbers on the card. The mobile number you are unable to leave a voicemail because it isn’t set up. Unprofessional, what’s the point of having your mobile number on a business card if one can’t leave you a voicemail? Definitely not the experience I expected for staying at Hampton for the first time… Update I was contacted by the General Manager on Saturday evening and she told me that she would contact me on Monday. She contacted me and resolved the issues that I experienced. I am very satisfied…

Nice property, stopped here to avoid Atlanta traffic on route to Michigan. Jennifer at the front desk was very helpful, as a Hilton team member I would rate her hospitality as beyond excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms, great staff, only two problems. The rooms don't have a curtain that covers the pat of the window over the ac unit. Would really like to see the breakfast buffet with biscuits and gravy. I mean come on this is the south. Would definitely stay there again.
