Hampton Inn Twin Falls - Hotel in Twin Falls - 1658 Fillmore St, USA

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and there was plenty of parking. Hotel has not been updated to the latest Hampton Inn decor and it feels a bit out of date. I would say it is in need of a refresh. They do not offer digital key through the Hilton app and also the key card has to be inserted into the lock (no tap feature). Noise from the road was louder than in other Hampton Inns I've stayed in. Not terribly loud, but more noticeable than it should be. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, with lots of selection and it was kept well stocked. I appreciated the free upgrade to a larger room. Location was great for our visit with plenty of gas stations, restaurants, and shopping all nearby.

This hotel is fine for an overnight but expensive for what you get. Coming from Pocatello where we stayed in a more up to date Hilton Home2Suite and paid less there; we were disappointed in this hotel. They do not offer keyless/phone entry from the Hilton app. The furnishings are out of date compared to other Hampton Inns in the company. The rooms feel dark and dated. There is only one elevator. I would look elsewhere for a better deal and a nicer accommodation if needing to come to Twin Falls.

Emmy, a manager, at the Hampton Inn in Twin Falls was patronizing, rude and gave me wrong info. At one point she says they don’t accept digital cards - my business credit card is only digital. I am surprised since all other Hampton Inns accept them. She gets even more patronizing and talks to me like I’m an idiot and tells me loudly that’s their hotel specific policy and tells me she can’t help me. I am now shocked. I don’t say anything and just pull out my personal credit card and use that. The next day when I’m checking out, a new manager is there and she was able to change the card on file and charge my digital business credit card. I think Emmy didn’t want me to stay there for some reason and tried to intimidate/embarrass me.

Stayed here for one night last week, on the way home after a few days in Park City, UT.||• King Room: clean/comfortable.|• Location: close by to many restaurants, shopping, Costco, Epic Car Wash, attractions, i.e., Shoshone Falls, Perrine Bridge, Snake River, Hiking/Biking, etc. And the “Main Drag,” which runs right in front of the hotel. Perfect for you Drag Racing fans.|• Amenities: Pool and Work-Out Room - all there, if you’re interested.|• Breakfast: a nice Hampton Inn feature - hot and cold options. |• Staff: friendly.||All that said: would not stay here again. The road noise is awful. Late into the night. And we had a first-floor room. So, unfortunately, we also had plenty of plumbing noise from other rooms, i.e., showering, flushing and all that good stuff. So, unless you’re one of those people who can “sleep through anything,” this place might not be right for you.

If you have more than 4 people don’t stay here. I booked it for 5 (2 adults & 3 kids). There were only 2 queen beds & a chair. When I went ask about a roll away they said they don’t do that. Nor did they have extra pillows. You gotta MacGyver a bed by using the chair & a cabinet. The lady at the counter believed a 14, 11 & 8 year old can fit on one bed.

Very chill hotel with a Bohemian vibe. Staff is attentive, kind, and very responsive. The place was packed this weekend, but the hallways were well insulated and quiet. Great layouts in the King suites (we had 2). Easy to find, good price, very clean, indoor pool is perfect for the kids. Gracious hours with plenty of time to swim. Breakfast was surprisingly fresh and a good selection for a smaller property. This was our half way point on a very long drive. It was a welcomed rest!

Nice friendly staff Nice and clean and good breakfast kinda loud with the road traffic and a target behind it with trucks going back there if you have a room on that side

Encountered a snow storm while traveling to the hotel and could not make it there. We had booked early, a week in advance, before the weather changed. Had to stop 2 hours into our trip because of the hazardous conditions. The hotel was unsympathetic. Said they would see about a partial refund, and then no word. I cannot speak hotel itself and we will not be staying here when we are traveling through again.
