Clean room and friendly enough staff. However, there was a very strange noise that also caused some strange head pressure in my room. Thankfully, the hotel team was able to quickly and easily move me to a different room. My concern is, if this is a reoccurring issue with the room, and other rooms are available, maybe don’t book the defective room. Either way, a good experience. 😊
Positive: Staff was friendly hotel was cleaned Negative: I had a disabled room that did not have plugs near the bed for my sleep apnea machine. In addition, there were not wastebaskets in the living area or in the bathroom.
We had an excellent stay at the Hampton Inn Turlock. Such wonderful front desk service. We received a text on our way there asking what time we would like to check in. Kimberly put all of our family on the same floor which was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and clean; the TV was BIG. The bathroom very nice, however; there is a sliding door for the bathroom with NO LOCK. The breakfast was great offering hot mini waffles, omelets, hard boiled eggs, toast, muffins, fruit, assorted juices, piping hot coffee, tea. Really very good, and a very nice area to eat.
We stayed here after 3 hours of having a horrible experience at another hotel nearby. We called The Hampton to see if they had any available rooms with working AC and they told us to cime on down. We packed up our stuff and drove 10 minutes south at about 8:30 pm on July 11th 2024. They were so friendly! The place was clean and cool and we were able to sleep comfortably. I'll stay here again if traveling through.
Dirty disgusting stay. Besides the issues with our rooms, hotel is very dirty. No complintary water carafe in the lobby like other hotels. Had to pay $6 for a smart water. Made a complaint but never heard back from management.
Wonderfully clean and comfortable beds! Awesome breakfast and pool/jacuzzi. Later checkout than normal. Great location next to the freeway.
Place is nice..its clean ..staff is nice..the room are super nice with comfy beds..and the complimentary breakfasts have alot to choose from..good food
Me and my partner went for 4 nights this past week and on the mirror it said they clean the room every other day and they never did. We requested for room service the second day because we needed towels and our garbage bin was full. No one ended up coming to clean the room, so we decided to just ask for towels.

The rooms were okay. The first room we got the air conditioner wasn't working. I told them up front and they were supposed to have maintenance take a look at it. Came back 4 hrs later and it was hot there was another person at the reception desk told
