I am a big fan of Hilton hotels in general, so my stay at this hotel was a little disappointing.|This was a quick stay on a road trip, we arrived at 11:30 pm, and checked in on the app. The digital key didn't work, finally found clerk in a room behind front desk and got key cards. The bathroom door in the room would not latch, so stood ajar when in use, we could not close the door. The bed was not the most comfortable (hard) and there was no mattress cover under the sheet. The sheet and other bedding were pretty worn, and I woke up to the bottom sheet half off (would not stay tucked in) with the mattress exposed.|On the positive side, the room seemed clean, there was cold ac, and the shower had plenty of hot water. The breakfast was typical for Hampton and the woman managing the food was the only person to initiate friendly contact with us (wish I had gotten her name!)|I reported the issues I had with the room to the front desk on the way out, clerk said she would pass it on but seemed unconcerned and there was no apology.|Overall, not what I would expect from a Hilton hotel. Not the worst ever experience but I wouldn't stay there again.
So I want tto start by saying the cleaning service people the guy who now takes care of the pool and the outside/ I'm sure he does other things. Is , are amazing . Breakfast lady is amazing . I can't rave enough about the people working at this establishment. They were eager to help and make sure our three night stay was as all it should have been. The rooms I must say were not exactly 💯 to my liking but they were nice and clean. They weren't very spacious . I was traveling with someone else and I had a little trouble finding room for both of us . We stayed in a double bed , room... But the rooms were nice besides the space issue ... They have a fun atmosphere ,pool table ,nice gym, and the pool area was one of the best I've ever found. The pool size was a little small but it was ok. The pool wasn't packed with people. The pool water was clean and the chemical was perfect. I give this place my rave review. Those making it run smoothly deserve my rave review. I will be back and maybe not stay as long as I did because of the space issue. But if your going to this area and just need a night or two. It's perfect. You'll love it...
The hotel itself is nice and clean. However, I cannot give 5 stars because the Live TV did not work. I told the agent at the front desk and she kindly moved me to another room. Unfortunately, that room had the same issue. There was no technical engineer on property to assist. So, I ended up just watching Netflix since I was only staying for one night.
It was OK. The property felt safe. The lobby area was clean. Room was clean, but the carpet felt a little damp. Room could use some updating. Furniture was worn out. No USB or USBC ports.
Clean, safe hotel. Beds on the firm side. One tv for living and sleeping areas to share. Standard breakfast fare.. Highly suggest the lemon waffles
Furniture in the room was worn, tattered, and creaky...the room smelled musty. The bathroom was mopped with some cleaner that left a nasty film on the tile. AC worked well, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was the star of the show, as it was one of the best we've had at a Hampton Inn.
Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is friendly, breakfast is decent. I think for comparing to other good hotels in the area, it's a little overpriced, but not excessively. The hotel I was going to stay at right next door (haven't stayed in a few years, but last time was just as comfortable and clean), was already booked up.
Diana at the customer service desk was so very caring, I explained how my husband was ill and we needed a room ASAP, and she was very tentative to my needs! Actually all the staff at this location was very kind! I've stayed at numerous hotels and this is definitely by far one I would come back too a 100 times! I highly recommend this establishment! Oh and, I love the free breakfast they had a very good choice menu to pick from! A must visit place! 😊

This place is so fun! One of the most unique coffee shops I've ever been to. Also woman-owned and a big supporter of local artists! The barista was super friendly. The tea and coffee are so good! I'm from Houston but I really hope I can come back! (A

Good food, great service, good handcut fries, burgers were good and my wife loved the patty melt on rye bread. The jalapeno cheddar bun was a great option. Only complaint was they were having A/C issues.
