Hampton Inn Stow - Hotel in Stow - 4331 Lakepointe Corporate Dr, USA

The Hampton in Stow was very nice and very clean. They also were super accommodating for disabled travelers. They helped me in and out of the room and even parked my vehicle for me.||I highly recommend this property over any others in the area. They are genuinely concerned about their guest and their comfort and safety.

Just a few hiccups with the room reservation but the manager did attempt to make things better. Whirlpool on the pool was not working, but other than that a nice stay. The wonderful lady that makes breakfast is great. There wasn't a bad item served.

I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Stow :) It’s a clean hotel and the service is great. Shannon was especially helpful - he looked high and low for a Band-Aid when I needed one and was very kind. I highly recommend this hotel!

First given a room that toilet didn't work. The front desk employee did as much as he could, which was check on it while we ate dinner. An hour later we returned and he was still checking his computer to see if they had any other rooms. He told us to go up to our room and he'd call. He did call in about five minutes and said he had a room but it was two queens not one king. We prefer a working toilet over our preferred bed type, so said we'd take it. He asked us to wait in our room and he'd escort us down to the new room on a lower floor. He arrived about ten minutes later and took us to the new room. He was surprised that there was a king bed in the new room. He flushed the toilet and it worked. We thanked him -- he truly did all he could, since he said there's no evening maintenance staff. The second room, however, was VERY shabby. Old linens, torn bed skirt, and worn carpet. Just a pedestal sink so no room for any of our toiletries, etc. This is nothing like a typical Hampton Inn experience.

So far I've been here 2 days out of a 5 day stay. 5 stars to all the employees and thier hospitality. The breakfast was one of the better continential breakfast ive had. The morning attendant lady has been phenomenal. The area was clean, stocked, and well done. Rooms were better then average. I was next to the elevator but surprisingly enough the elevator and people traffic was very quiet. Close access to a lot of things around town etc. My only complaint is no hottub. They have a nice pool which is great for kids enjoy, but adults typically prefer a hottub to relax in at the end of the day.

We stayed for 4 days in August. The room was clean, beds comfortable, pillows good. There were no drawers in this double room. In one cabinet was some metal holders. I guess these were supposed to hold clothing. The room had a suage smell every day at some point. I did report it and the housekeeper did come up and spray our room. He was very sweet. Breakfast was lacking for sure. We had just come from an over night at Comfort Suites in Hartville Ohio, and a world of difference in the breakfast buffet. Everything was really good and fresh looking fruit at Comfort. Hampton Inn put out brown bananas and even though we have a banana every am, we would not eat these and food was lacking. And 3 days out of the 4 I had to ask or coffee as the pot was empty. No one seemed to be checking on this. Alot of employees but just standing around in the kitchen and talking. On our last morning there was only 2 coffee cups in the holder and people were coming to breakfast . Hope they can improve things at this Hampton Inn. We have stayed at THIS Hampton before and no complaints. When we checked in, there was a nice young man at the desk. He made sure the luggage carrier was at the back door for us. Thankyou.

The bed was comfortable and the shower head was amazing. Paint was stuffing off the ceiling in the room. The young man that checked us in never made eye contact and he spoke softly. The breakfast had many options but the staff member was harsh in addressing guests. I felt like I was imposing on the staff. I expect more for $180 per night fee.

Used digital check-in, and for the 3rd (maybe 4th) time in 2-3 months suggested room 201; go up elevator, walk to end of hall, digital key doesn't work. Very frustrating after a long day, especially when the cycle repeats itself.
