Hampton Inn St. Robert/Ft. Leonard Wood - Hotel in St Robert - 103 St Robert Plaza Dr, USA

We have stayed at a lot of Hamptons across the country and this is definitely one of the best. Very helpful, friendly and attentive staff. Clean, comfortable room where everything works! Very good breakfast. Easy to find off I44. One tiny complaint -- breakfast area a bit small.

Only stayed here 1 night on the way home to Ohio from a 5000+ mile road trip out west. I am a Hilton Gold member so I am fairly familiar with most Hilton brands. This Hampton Inn was definitely one of the best Hampton Inns I have stayed in. It is updated and modern and the rooms are clean and really big. Breakfast was standard and with many options. The only issue I had was with check in. No one was in the front when I arrived after driving 10 hours, which is fine. I know many places are running off of less people, especially hotels. When the older gentleman finally arrived after about 3-5 minutes, he didn't say hi at all. I waited because I wasn't sure if he was ready for me but ended up eventually greeting him first. He clearly was under stress. He was very short with me and honestly, it felt rude. He didn't apologize for the wait or anything either. Customer service isn't his strength. This was the only thing that rubbed me wrong. Other than that, this is a great hotel.

We are Hilton honors diamond people so when traveling we are always looking for these , this one is in kind of a weird location only because it’s over shadowed by the hotel next door that just has a much nicer entrance to it including the large drive way leading in . The rooms were as expected, clean , up kept etc .. I’m really writing this because the staff beginning to end was awesome. There literally was not one person we encountered that wasn’t friendly, greeted us, smiling etc we were coming and going so I’m talking morning- night staff - check in people all of them.. I’m not a room cleaner- if we stay beyond a day I clean it myself an just get towels an take out trash - even the house keeper was incredibly nice when she came an took my trash that I was taking down myself… hats off to you guys there truly - especially with the state the world is in right now , completely refreshing.

This is a great hotel but if anything stands out it is the staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. If you are there for more than a night or two when they see you coming back for the evening they even great you and tell you “welcome back.” That was a nice touch after working all day. The girl that does breakfast during the week is super nice! If I could pass anything to Hilton for constructive feedback it would be please invest in more comfortable mattresses. They aren’t terrible but much too firm. The room was clean and I felt safe at this hotel. Thanks guys!

Just attempted to get a room here. The female attendant hung up on me for asking her to repeat a sentence. As I told her she was speaking to fast for me to understand. She has a definite customer relations issue. At 68 years old I guess I demanded too much of the young lady.

Arrived at the hotel. It is a little bit off of the highway. Signs to find it are ok but could be better. The parking lot is kind of small. The handicap parking is not by the main entrance, but closer to the pool. I brought my luggage in and went to the check-in desk. I was met by two very kind ladies an dwas checked in right away. I was offered assistance to my room due to my disabilities. I was given directions to my room and informed about the hotel policies, breakfast etc. My handicap accessible room was located on the 2nd floor, all the way at the end of the hallway. The room was very fresh smelling and clean. There was a nice desk area, microwave, mini-fridge and large bed. The bathroom was handicap accessible. Only issue that I experience was in the bathroom. The roll-in shower had issues. If you bring down the chair in the shower, you need to make sure beforehand that the shower wand is not stuck between the wall and chair. Also the shower floor was very slick and had no texture on it. Overall it was a nice place to stay, however, the set up for people with disabilities was lacking.

Amazing staff and clean! Christie, the pm front desk person, was so incredibly kind and helpful! Everyone was very nice. The hotel was clean and conveniently located! The gym was small but clean and had a Peloton bike. The hotel was quiet and had great areas to sit.

We were greeted with such warm hospitality after a long cold drive. Our room was very clean and the king size bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good in the morning as well. 5 ⭐️ stay.
