Check in & check out was quick and friendly. Breakfast was good, room was clean, bed a little stiff. Walls are a bit thin, so a little noisy. Easy parking, heater was nice and quiet. Good price. They have a small snack shop. Internet was okay. Netflix is available to sign in
We unexpectedly had to stop in Snyder due to a storm. The hotel was nice, clean and staff was friendly. We had 2 dogs with us. If they gave us their "dog floor" it was super nice. Easy to find, right off the hwy with fast food & gas station nearby.|The storm was severe and the electricity went out (not for long). The only feedback I have for management is to better inform the front desk clerks of emergency procedures during these situations. I called down and asked what we would do if the storm turned into a tornado. I was told that we would "have to evacuate". So I asked "where to?" and she said "I don't know. You'll have to leave though". LOL....luckily there was no tornado but had there been one, we would have been left to our own devices. Overall, a good stay though. I would recommend.
My boyfriend and I stopped here with my dog on our way home for Thanksgiving. After a long day of travel it was a nightmare! Computers were down and they had me write my cc number down on a piece of paper. Our room had no remote and no way to turn on the TV. While looking for the remote we discovers how filthy the room was. There was a random pair of shoes from a previous guest, a ton of crumbs under the pull out sofa, stained curtains, stained mattress, and a discarded key car under the bed. The icing on the cake was a opened condom wrapper under the microwave. We told the front desk about the issues but they couldn’t even get us a clean room due to the computer being down! They wouldn’t even let us pay cash for a bottled water while we waited. It was very late at night and there were no rooms at the nearby hotel or else we would have bailed immediately. Instead we waited for the computer to come back on, but by the time it did we were falling asleep standing up, so we just slept in the disgusting room and tossed and turned with nightmare. The bed was very comfy… wish I could have enjoyed it more! The front desk worker did seem stressed and like they wanted to help, but there was seemingly no manager support. I’m the morning I requested a refund, but was told I would have to talk to a manager, but the manager was on vacay so I’d just have to send an email. For the amount we paid, well over $100, this level of nasty isn’t cool. Save yourself the trouble, don’t book here!
The desk clerk was very helpful. The first room we were sent to the toilet would not flush at all. The clerk changed us to a room across the hall and the toilet was running when we drives in the room and it would not stop running it flush. The clerk sent us to a third room in another floor where we spent the night. It was very cold that night (27 degrees) the heating system blew cold air no matter what setting it as in. It made for a miserable night.
Easy, fast and friendly check in! Very clean rooms! Housekeeping is doing a GREAT JOB!!! It’s hard work and it shows they have pride in their rooms. Front desk agent was great! I had always stayed somewhere else when visiting family but now I know where I’ll be staying every time I’m in Snyder.
This was a clean and comfortable hotel. The beds were firm, but that's okay for one night. The town is welcoming. We liked the location, and there were a lot of places to eat (fast food mostly). There were also a couple of grocery stores, including Wal-Mart. Convenient location to visit Texas Tech if you don't want to pay higher prices on weekends in Lubbock.
Worst Hampton Inn Ever!!! I reserved a room with two queen beds and they changed our reservation to an accessible room with one king with out notifying us. Not only did my 6' teenager not fit on the sleeper, the mattress was so disgusting he wouldn't sleep on it. There were water stains all over the carpet and curtains from the leaking window. Mold in the window seal, the hair dryer filter was so dirty it would hardly blow and the ice machines were broken. I requested the asst manager call me the next day when they arrived, it's been 3 days and I haven't heard from anyone. I just wonder how a person in a wheelchair is going to reach the 7' shelf the towels are on in the bathroom. Save your money and stay at the Holiday Inn Express 2 blocks down the road.
The staff here was so nice and friendly! Overall, it was clean and tidy. The lobby and breakfast area were spacious and the pantry area offered a variety of snacks and drinks. The workout room had a lot of equipment; however both elliptical machines were out of order, as was one of the three treadmills. They had a variety of weight options too. There was a smart TV in my room, which was super nice, as I could login to Netflix.
Staff so friendly. I was impressed how clean this property is as it is not a 5 star hotel by rating of hotels per se. However The rooms are exceptionally clean. Floors showers always clean. And sheets always clean. The housekeepers are doing an excep
What a gem. Stoped here driving home on New Yearâs Day - they were happily open and the owners are a delight. The lemon filed donut was my favorite. Owners snuck us some extra donut holes for our long drive. Wish we had this place in our town.
Very cute coffee shop with very sweet staff! I was visiting the area and not sure what I wanted. They made me a new drink after I didn't love the first one and they were very helpful with suggestions about things I would love. I definitely recomme

My son and I shared a Steak Bento Plate. Lots of variety of flavors! On another trip there: my new favorite - Crazy Jalapeños. My son had a Snyder Roll. Both yummy. The service is great!
Wonderful donuts, great quality and freshness. Friendly, gracious service. Stopped on my way through Snyder, but I would surely be a regular customer if I lived in the area. Highly recommended.
The best, most authentic street tacos, the beef burritos have some of the best meat(not done like a regular US burrito, but more of a Mexican family house burrito. This place is awesome, I can't say enough how much I enjoyed the food, and the prices
I really love this place By far some of the best Chinese food Iâve ever had the pleasure of eating. The owners were super friendly. Donât let this place fool you must definitely try this one. Lots of history with some of the imported lamps and a
I stayed here on my way north to Taos, and will say while it's not the Ritz, the bed was comfortable and everything in my room worked fine. The owners live on site and are a very nice couple, happy to chat in the morning at breakfast and share their
