Cindy was so Awesome.!! She helped me getting checked in signed me up on Hilton Honors. Answered all my Questions. She even made me fresh coffee because the coffee was cold. I will definitely stay again as long as she is there. She deserves a raise and a bonus. I was shocked she wasn't the manager so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank You Cindy you're Awesome!!

This worst Hilton brand hotel I’ve stayed at and I stay in them 2 weeks out of every month. I checked in online on the second floor with my service dog. They moved me to the third floor before I arrived. I got to my filthy room to find hair in the trash cans, only one towel in the bathroom, it’s so dirty I didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower. The floors are filthy. The in shower shampoo is completely empty. One bed is a foot higher than the other bed. I feel like I’m at a motel 6. Hilton should remove their name from this hotel!

2nd time staying at this specific Hampton Inn location as we are loyal Hilton Honors members. Staff was very friendly, courteous. The popcorn and punch in the lobby was a nice touch in the evening. Rooms were clean, beds extra comfy! Only feedback was that my room faced the road and there was lots of traffic noise from the road, more than I anticipated.

Our time at the Hampton Inn Sevierville was short 10pm-10am just because we wanted another night in the area after staying down the street at the Wilderness Resort. I should have just booked our whole vacation here. We would've saved a lot of money. Breakfast was included here as it usually is at Hilton hotels, a major difference from the resorts, which saved me $60+. The reviews for this Hampton Inn almost made me book elsewhere. I'm glad I took the chance. We had clean linens and towels. The rooms were more updated than I expected. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room was OK, the location was fine. The service wasn't great though. We weren't informed that there was construction happening in a room sharing our wall, when I inquired to the desk what it might be I was told they'd check into it. We didn't get a callback to the room so my wife asked at the front desk only to get snapped at by the person "There is construction, your husband already called. They'll be done at 8 PM". Well, we understand that sometimes maintenance is required, a little communication would have seen this review as a 3 or 4 star. Given the price and location, there are many other options to pick from and I'd make a different choice in the future. Who needs to deal with rude desk staff in the evening of a long day's travel?

It was average. The beds were nice. They could use some updating on the rooms. Had some random spots on the wall and wear and tear in the rooms. Pool was nice and big. The lights in the room were low needed more a bit dingy look. The bathroom was okay bath tub not so nice. The water kept filling up after you take the plug out. Had some rusty looking stuff in the tub where a soap shelf used to be. Had some black looking stuff on the bathroom curtain. |It was okay stay.

This property was a let down. It was outdated and needed many in room renovations. Carpet around the a/c unit was coming loose. and dry rotted. There were rusty rods in the bathroom. Toilet was too small. Power outlets in the room did not work. And the overpriced charge per night, way overshadowed the quality of the property. Make this place a last ditch option for a hotel stay in Sevierville, TN.
