Hampton Inn Selma - Hotel in Selma - 3410 Floral Ave, USA

This is a newer hotel located just south of Fresno and about one hour from Sequoia National Park which is why we stayed here. It was clean and modern and safe. The manager texted me on our second day to ask how we liked the hotel and I only asked for fresh towels since they only clean rooms now every few days and they had them when we returned with our trash emptied. Great customer service. The breakfast was simple but my family was fine with it. Nice small pool and great areas to relax in outside. Very close to the interstate and other shops/restaurants.

The front desk staff was very helpful, energetic and welcoming. She addressed customers’ concerns in a very professional way and handled emergencies calmly. It was a great experience staying here. I rated four stars for the room as we heard some noises from the roof on the top floor, but the front staff helped us switch rooms quickly after we reported it. Highly recommend this place!!!!

Super welcoming, friendly and helpful front desk! We got a third floor room for the first night, but it had an engine buzzing sound through the night. The front desk lady was very kind and helped us change to a diffident room. The hotel itself is very new and modern, well designed and super clean. Great location as well. Only glitch is the AC was kinda noisy, but bearable. I highly recommend this place, second floor is the best.

A really nice hotel! Stayed here for a night. The rooms are clean and well maintained. There is plenty of parking for your vehicle. Quiet. Everything worked in the room. Great place to stay for the night and head out in the morning to Sequoia National Park.

Stayed for 5 nights and overall good experience. Rooms were clean and the general manager Shelby Tobias and front desk staff Marcell where very helpful in my checkout needs. Location was great for me as there was a Walmart walking distance and local popular franchises to eat and shop for any basic necessities. The free morning breakfast was good as well. The only downside for me, this is more of a preference, the sheets were a bit rough and the pool was dirty (most likely due to the local baseball tournament teams staying at the hotel). I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Amazing staff. We had such polite expenses with all of the staff at this location, especially Shelby, Marcell, Corbin and Karina. They were all genuinely so happy to help in any way they can. The hotel is also really nice and modern looking. Almost seems brand new. Would stay here again for sure!

Location is next to high way but other than that this hotel is amazing. Great vibes and very comforting. We even extended our stay for one more night before traveling to another part of state. Gym offers free towel and water. Lobby staffs are lovely and very helpful. Great place to stay if you need a room before the nearby national parks.

Such wonderful staff at this hotel. Very welcoming. Great location and clean. We had 2 rooms. The room on the upper floor was great. The other room was on the 1st floor and near an exit to the pool and parking lot, so it was pretty noisy. That is probably true of the 1st floor in most hotels, though. We would return for sure!
