Hampton Inn Rochester-Webster - Hotel in Webster - 878 Hard Rd, USA

The staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help! Room was clean and the amenities were fabulous. One little thing to knit pick on, the spring on the pull-out couch was lose so it didn't hold the mattress that well when we convert it into a bed. Luckily our kid was light enough that the mattress didn't sink.

The hardware of this hotel isn’t that modern. However this hotel is the best ever I have been in for the past 5 years, it gives me feeling of being at home. The breakfast is great among these business hotels. The front desk is nice and friendly. Linda, the assistant GM, is always willing to help. Big thumbs up to this hotel and its staff.

Those is an older HI that has not been remodeled and yet the room was far more comfortable than many of the newly remodeled Inns. The rooms were of the old style and had the wooden furniture that were fairly common in HI a couple decades ago. As a result the room was warm, inviting, and comfortable. Everything was clean and organized. I would stay here again. (Maintenance note: The legs on the coffee table in rm 405 need tightening)

I showed up at 5, no desk person, only a bell that didn't seem to work. Hit harder 3rd time, a gal comes from an area in back, quietly telling me once was enough. I explained I had been calling since 2 pm, and no answer. She explained that phones probably not working. Went to room, fridge not on, but plugged in, called, but no answer. I had just had intense dental work, in pain, and tired from a 2.5-hour trip. Went to the desk, told of fridge, and her response was, "Did you try turning it on?". Found inside know, and handled. Also told her there's no information list or book for food delivery or places, she pulled out a paper. She wasn't in the uniform, little eye contact, not professionally courteous... deadpan, going through the motions. The next morning, the professionally dressed crew were there, courteous. I asked if phones were fixed. They said phones were fine and had no issues. They apologized for gal.

The manager of this location needs to reach out to me immediately. I was ripped off booking a room when the dates were switched on me. The receptionist at the front named MO was of no help and told me I was screwed. The phone number listed is disconnected. Should’ve been my first red flag. I’m out $150 for nothing. Someone needs to contact me immediately.

I can truly say....one of my best stay I have ever had. From the moment I enter the hotel the welcome was amazing. First, Let me start with Ms. Kieran who was awesome in making my reservation. The attention to detail and making sure everything was ready for my family was awesome. Then let's talk about the arrival. Ms. Mo. She was amazing in getting me check-in with no problem and making sure we had ALLLLLL the information we needed about the area. Then, House Keeping.....WOW. They really make sure we needed everything and our room was clean to the max. Breakfast was fantastic. But I can't forget the Manager (Mr. Negron), Assistant Manager (Ms. Linda). But please I don't want no one to think that I forgot you. Everyone in the hotel was important for the visit. Again, thank you so much for the wonderful stay. I will be back.

Cannot call this location . I had a stay with them and am trying to inquire about it but the number listed online is disconnected. So unprofessional and ridiculous for the 21st century, and they have not done a thing to fix it in the last 2 weeks. I’ve called other Hampton inn numbers such as reservations and help desk and asked them to connect me and they said they “can’t” are you kidding me?
