Great place to stay. Our room was clean. Hotel felt safe. The location is about perfect for those visiting EKU. Staff was polite and professional. Pool was pretty big for a hotel this size. Breakfast wasn't bad. The only thing I would change is making the workout room a bit bigger with more equipment. Overall a great choice. We will be back!

After having to leave another hotel for how awful it was this place was my saving grace. Vann at the front counter was amazing, from the first time I called you could tell he actually cared about people. When I arrived he was awesome, he got me waters, instructions to get to my room and let me know if I needed anything at all to not hesitate to reach out. 10/10 service. The room was very clean, bed is comfortable, nice location.

When I checked in clerk was so friendly got us checked and she was so nice. We got into the room it looked nice, but the best was extremely uncomfortable, it was hard and the bathroom door was also a closet door. You could hear someone using it which I found odd. Upon check out the male clerk was unfriendly and looked like he just woke up. Need to step up to have more comfortable beds for the price you charge.

The room was VERY clean and tidy. The staff were courteous and helpful. However, we barely slept since the toilet needs a new flapper and kept refilling all night, plus when the AC unit kicked on it was noisy. Between the two it was terrible...

Overall good— nice bathrooms, comfy bed, good waffles. Negatives: $75 fee for even the tiniest dog, view of weird mildewed alley out our window, strangely hard feather pillows. Nice front desk staff and pretty landscaping.

Had a much better stay this time than the previous visit. Previously, there was a wedding party that kept everyone awake all night. Staff was great and made things right due to the inconvenience. This time everything went smoothly and the staff was still top notch!

The staff members at this Hampton Inn are amazing. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. I had to check out early due to an illness and they were so helpful. When we checked in, we had Hershey’s kisses on our beds, a handwritten note from housekeeping, and a rubber ducky in the bathroom. You can tell the staff enjoy their jobs and take pride in their hotel.

The staff at this location are the friendliest and most helpful. I arrived at 2:30am after being broken down at a truck stop for over 5 hours. The gentleman , Van at the front desk was so kind. He helped me find a spot to park my 32 foot RV. Also, Meshelle was so kind. I was not feeling well and had to stay an extra day and when I called to extend my stay she asked me if I had any breakfast and it was 11am. I had missed breakfast. She brought me some breakfast to my room. I am so grateful for there kindness. They go above and beyond. Give them both a promotion and raise!!
