Hampton Inn Richfield - Hotel in Richfield - 1100 W 1350 S, USA

This was a nice stop. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was simple but great. The room was very clean and it was quiet. The mattress was a little too firm for me, but my husband said it was great. There is a restaurant right outside the hotel parking lot that you can walk to. We will definitely stay here again.

I’m not sure why this place is rated a 3 star hotel, because it is DEFINITELY 5 star in my books. From friendly front feet attendants, clean rooms, and an AWESOME breakfast, this place has anything you’d need to have a very comfortable stay. They also have an up to date decent sized gym if you want to use it. Will definitely stop here again!!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly, but the downstairs was very noisy. However, the room I was sleeping in was painfully noisy from the guests upstairs walking around, creaking, and the vibration from the banding machine. I didn't tell the staff because I thought it was a structural problem with the building. I would advise others to avoid the rooms next to the banding machine on the first floor. "It was the night when my bedtime was determined by the guests upstairs."

Stopped here for a quick night on a road trip. This is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been in. Staff were all very nice, and breakfast was amazing, especially with pumpkin spice flavored waffle batter (in addition to regular) as a seasonal treat! It’s close to the highway, across the street from a gas station, and there’s a Walmart 1 mile away if you need. Definitely recommend.

Nice Hampton. Small but high quality gym. Good breakfast. Updated rooms lots of oversized parking. Friendly and accommodating staff. Stayed for an extended work trip tried the Marriot next door based on the exterior and nice lobby but preferred the rooms and amenities of the Hampton.

We were there over Christmas time. Management gave their houskeeping staff the day off on Christmas, awesome! The breakfast was a full breakfast and very good. They even had a fitness center that was well stocked.

Even before making the reservation the receptionist engaged the conversation and discovered I was making a trip for a death in the family. She immediately offered condolences, and asked if I would be interested in the bereavement rate. He name is Marsha. , Marsha is definitely an asset to Hilton.|The charging outlets for Iphone didn't work. However it did work in my daughter’s room. I mentioned it and the area manager, he mentioned he had problems himself. The ice maker on the second floor is out of service during our stay. My cousin who was also staying, mentioned the computers were down, so they had to try the library for a confirmation for the airlines.|Breakfast was definitely a hit. Even though everything didn't work perfectly, it was a perfect stay. I'm sure the staff will get people in to fix the small problems.|

The staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Easy check in and out. Breakfast was well maintained and stocked (and that’s saying something cause it was a full hotel weekend).
