I had an emergency trip to the area, I made reservations and asked if we could check in early and they were more than happy to accommodate us!
The staff was amazing and the hotel was beautiful and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good too.
Room was super clean and nice. But the problem came in after we left the hotel.i check out at 11:50 am and didn’t get a call from the hotel till 3:54pm stating that a desk lamp was missing and my card was being charged 150 dollars because of that.i never seen a lamp and didn’t even know how i could fight back.long story short either record the room when you first get there or make the desk have the room check
I stayed here while I was on a business trip. The staff was pleasant and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. I really appreciated the free breakfast in the morning. I will stay here again when I am in this area.

Roy and the ladies at the front desk were all a delight no matter the shift. Lady working the breakfast bar was an absolute sweetheart and so courteous to everyone.
Only negative- shower does spray water all over the floor as another review mentions, and shower floor is way too slippery. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Definitely needs to be addressed.
We had to stay here a few weeks ago for two nights due to an ac emergency at home. It was very clean and a well needed room for us and our dog. We were very sad when we couldn’t renew for an extra night. We will definitely come back if an unforeseen situation were to occur again.
We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn in Plant City. It is truly one of the nicest Hampton Inns we have ever visited. The hotel is modern, extremely clean and the bathrooms are wonderful with walk in showers. The bed was most comfortable, and the room was very quiet .The staff is excellent, and the breakfast was quite good, even with make yourself waffles. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn!
I would not recommend this specific site .I received a notification that my room would be ready at 3pm. It was not prepared until 5:45pm. A was assisted by Alexa at the front desk. She expressed herself in a manner that was unprofessional and rude. My room is facing the highway and is very loud. In addition the hallways have a musty smell. Overall, this hotel appears to be very dated. As I'm writing this email an employee walks into my room unannounced. Not a pleasant experience!
When booking this room. My husband and I looked at everything because we're bringing our dog and there was nothing about over sized vehicles. When we got there they said we couldn't park our trailer and we are traveling from out of state. Nothing on the website said we couldn't park here. Until we got inside. Also, our reservation was none refundable so we showed up at 10 pm at night with our children and dog from a 12 hour car ride to be told we can't park there and that we wouldn't even get our money back. Nothing on the website said that we couldn't park there. So basically they just charged us for a room we couldn't use.
