Excellent stay while in town for business. Everything here was excellent. From the service, to the room, to the beds and how quiet it was. I truly had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Excellent location. Breakfast was nice. The staff while checking in was spectacular. The best was they honored the do not disturb sign on the door. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

It’s a hard no. We stayed for the night to use the park and fly option due to an early morning flight and the issues at Pgh international with long lines. I can’t believe how they are taking advantage - this hotel is old, run down, moldy, musty, and just gross. We were only in the room for six hours - but it was terrible. The ac wouldnt cool down the room (it actually got hotter in the room) and the bathroom was so nasty. Water damage all over this hotel. I had to put a brave face on for the kids and said it’s just a few hours - but im so tired for paying for less than mediocre services. The 3:00 am shuttle was 22 mins late so our 3:30am shuttle didn’t get there until almost 4. It was $250 for the night and parking - would have been cheaper to park at the airport. Stay away - it’s a big no. We’ve stayed at the double tree in front of this which is a little better but I wasn’t happy with my last stay there either. My days of being a Hilton loyalist are done. The properties are not being updated or maintained - can’t blame it on Covid anymore.

If you are simply looking for a place to sleep, then this might be okay for you. The beds and how comfy they are were the best part of the hotel. I'll warn those traveling as a family or those that are light sleepers that the walls were quite thin. I was able to hear my neighbor's tv and parts of their conversation when I turned mine off for the night. Bathroom cleanliness left a little to be desired. I had long black hairs in my tub when I arrived and my shower gel/conditioner/ shampoo dispensers were sputtering/empty. There was miscommunication between the night staff that scheduled my shuttle and the morning staff that had to call the shuttle for me. If you need a shuttle while staying here, I would advise just showing up about 20 minutes before you need one and ask the front desk to call one in for you. A plus is that it is very very close to the airport.

This might be one of the worst travel experiences for me personally. If you expect to make your flight on time using the hotel’s shuttle service, forget it. Allegedly the hotel is only 10 min from the airport but somehow from the time we were supposed to leave for the airport and the time we actually got there, turned into an hour. The gal that was working the desk the afternoon before and checked us in, had a serious attitude issue. She treated myself and my other guest like we were stupid. She assured me over and over that the shuttle would be on time in picking us up early the next morning and that the Hampton Inn is the last stop for the shuttle before reaching the airport. I told her I wanted to be sure of this because I know sometimes shuttles don’t run that early for the airport. She said I needed to relax and that she had been working at this hotel a long time and assured me she knew what she was talking about. Well fast forward to the next morning, my guest and I followed her advice and came downstairs early so we were ready. We waited roughly a half hour before the shuttle finally showed up late. We thought we were on the way to the airport before we realized the driver was pulling into other hotel parking lots and got out to check if anyone else needed to get on. At this point, we were now running over 45 minutes late and now in danger of missing our flight. We became very upset and by the time we got to the airport, our once 2 hour time period between hotel departure and wheels up became a 50 minute time period. Between that and the long lines at PIT, I made it to my flight just before boarding ended. The beds were comfortable, but the room was outdated and the bathroom had little hairs in it. It’s a shame having to write this about a Hilton hotel being a diamond member. Also I forgot to add that the check in gal at the front desk never gave us any of our usual goodies for being Hilton Honors diamond members. If you are a traveler and need to be at the airport on time, do not stay at this hotel.

The best word to describe this hotel is “flophouse”. The hotel is run down and dirty. Broken drywall at the entrance that appears to be water damage. The carpet is *filthy* everywhere; I encountered vomit/spills in the hallway and at the elevator. The carpet in our room was frayed and coming apart. The clientele appears to include lots of laborers and workmen, who aren’t the cleanest fellows when they come & go. As a result, our sheets, pillows, and bedspread smelled of sweat; we insisted on *new* bedding the first night. God bless them, the staff tries hard, and they do lay out a nice breakfast, but this hotel is basically a rundown flophouse for local workmen. See accompanying photos.

My husband and I stayed here last night. We were exhausted from traveling and wanted somewhere clean and comfortable to sleep before we flew home this morning. This was not it. First, they restrict your thermostats so you can’t turn them lower than 66 degrees, so it was hot and uncomfortable all night. Second, the walls are paper thin! The person in the room next to us decided to start watching tv after midnight and it was so loud it woke us up. I could literally hear every word of what they were watching, and later, every word of their conversations. Third, the rooms were definitely not the cleanest and needed some serious updating. When a room is noticeably not super clean it makes me wonder what else hasn’t been cleaned and I feel totally grossed out. I would have at least expected a clean room where I could control the temperature of the room, but I guess we were only paying for proximity to the airport. Definitely won’t make that mistake again.

Outdated hotel. Waited at the airport for 45min after arriving with a 1am flight for globe transportation. Called the hotel three times. Another family called the same service and they stated they never got a phone call and hung up. Rude. Unprofessional. Don’t waste your time with these people. When the bus did arrive driver was rude and said they were never notified either.
