Hampton Inn Philadelphia/Voorhees - Hotel in Voorhees Township - 320 NJ-73, USA

Perfect location for visiting Diggerland USA. Literally down the street from the theme park. The standard double room was just the right size for myself and three young children. The room was spacious, with a mini fridge and plenty of storage space. The public spaces looked in need of updating. While appreciative of the breakfast included in the room rate, the selection was limited and at the waffle station, the additions, of flavored syrups and chocolate chips were never replenished during our stay. Staff was friendly. Despite the signage stating the pool was open from 6am to 11pm; it was usually closed from 6am-11am for cleaning, so morning swims weren't available.

Had a wedding and most of my guests stayed here. From start to finish the hotel was a disaster. Continental breakfast was inedible, no hot water for showers all week, power outage in the middle of the stay, staff was rude and not professional at all. If I could give this place zero stars I would. My brother in law got stuck in the elevator during the power outage. My sister in law went to the front desk to ask for assistance getting her husband out of the elevator and was told to call the fire department on her own. The staff seemed unaware of any procedures put in place for this situation. When my family did shower in the cold water there were bugs crawling all over the bathroom/shower. Nothing was walkable to the location and rental car was needed for EVERYTHING!! Complaints were made about everything at front desk and absolutely nothing was done to accommodate them. I called the hotel once everyone left to complain and was told there was no manager on premise.

Definitely a nice location the rooms were clean. During our stay that morning I guess there was a power outage which caused the the hot water boiler not to work we checked in at 5:00 and although loss of power isn’t their fault (power was on when arrived) we had booked the stay because we were spending the day at the water park down the street and rather then drive home gross we figured we could shower and get some rest Which did happen ( the shower part). The front desk didn’t alert us of this issue until after we had gotten upstairs the kids undressed and waited for 20 minutes for the water to warm up which didn’t happen and I then called down to front desk. Had we been told we would have tried to either find a different hotel or just driven home instead of wasting the $200 they didn’t offer any compensation or discounts on future bookings with a Hampton hotel .

From start to finish it was an amazing stay! When came in town for a wedding and was exhausted from the drive. We checked in with Chris who my wife considers to be a complete GEM. Informative, gracious, just overall helpful. Rooms were clean, breakfast attendant Mari was awesome and had amazing conversation with my wife and I. Pool was fantastic (it’s a comfortable temperature). Workout room has a needs a few things BUT it got the Job done. The night attendant was rough around the edges when it came to towels but understandable for the shift she works. This will be our summer hotel since we have to come back in town for family events.

From check in to check out the place and people were amazing! The beds were very comfortable. Nice showers with great water pressure. I have never traveled this far north. The lady at the front seat was a great help with advice about where to eat a great meal, which was right outside the hotel.

We have stayed at this location at least 5 times in the past three years and have seen a decline in quality and service.|During our most recent stay, we had to switch rooms due to AC not working. Also, the quality of breakfast offerings has greatly diminished. There was sign for oatmeal, but they were really grits, no hard boiled eggs for three mornings, only Earl Grey tea, egg white frittatas for three mornings, and very little fruit.|When asked, the staff said they did not get their food supply.|The front desk staff is unprofessional - no nametags, often not behind the desk, and when there they were very interested in their social conversations rather than guests.

Was not welcomed when checking in, was not about breakfast, wifi, check out- you know the basics you would expect When I came back down to find out the Wi-Fi I was pointed to find it under the TV in the other room Same person was on their phone each time Only had a few tissues in our room and conditioner was empty Pool was good but needed to be skimmed a bit Breakfast options slim, ended up going to the dinner next door. Check out was not till 12 yet house cleaning was camped out in the hallway around 9-10, the last was actually watching TV on her phone and even asked me if we were leaving soon! So that made us feel like we were being rushed to out. When checking out the lady didn't ask how things were or thanked us for our stay Rooms were clean though and was overall a 3 out of 5

We have just completed a two night stay at the Hampton Inn Voorhees, NJ. It was there that we met the most pleasant Hampton Inn front desk person in America - Ruby.||||Thank you, Ruby, for making our stay so nice. You are a very sweet lady. Hilton is blessed to have you. Every Hilton hotel needs a Ruby.
