Hampton Inn Petaluma - Featured Reviews (501)
Absolutely not a two star hotel!!! Inside this unique property, the rooms are decorated in a gorgeous brick with large windows, elevated ceilings and historic Petaluma design. Room has all the modern amenities that you’d expect from a Hilton property. The grounds are stunning and the vibe of the hotel takes you back in time to the gold rush. Service was impeccable, and the staff was welcoming. This hotel is a must stay for any traveler that is looking to explore California Wine country without the exorbitant fees of a large resort. Hands-down the nicest Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at. Well done.
Beautiful converted warehouse building, recently refreshed decor. Clean and simple rooms, I only wish that I knew if Hampton Inn's protocol was to wash their standard coverlets in between customers (ick). However, we found our room clean, the free breakfast was great, and we appreciated the sound machine in the room. BTW-- it was not obvious to us there were blackout shades underneath the sheer curtains in the room, so make sure and close those if you don't want to wake up with the sun in the morning! Staff was very nice, no complaints.
Hotel in unique building which was part of its charm. Rooms are a bit tight but nothing unexpected from booking pics.Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Appreciated free breakfast hours even though were out of orange juice entire stay.
Excellent. This hotel is extremely clean, which is so appreciated! Friendly. A cool retro building. dog friendly. great outside space. close to town. Bar and breakfast. love this hotel! We have stayed here twice and have enjoyed the entire experience.
The hotel was very nice, pretty much brand new! Really different and cool compared to the usual Hampton Inn. |The area that it’s in wasn’t that great—our room looked out on a butane storage facility. You probably won’t want to walk to the downtown area even though it’s only a half mile away.
We were really impressed by the property and its history in the town. Breakfast was varied and delicious each day. We were visiting friends and the .7 mile walk was comfortable and invigorating each day. We would return for sure!!! The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Very cute and comfy hotel. Friendly staff, breakfast included, pet-friendly. The building is really cool too -- it used to be a factory. Conveniently located near Downtown Petaluma. ||Lots of good places to eat and little shops to explore in Petaluma.||What's not to like?
Petaluma is such a nice town! The staff is so friendly and helpful with suggestions about where to eat, directions, etc. The rooms are so comfortable in this historic hotel which used to be a silk mill and we were surprised that there was a bar in this hotel.
Fun! Fun! Fun! Great place. Quirky in the best way. Loads of eye candy sponsored by French antiques and great taste. Owner graciously upgraded us to a 2 room {my twin and I} so that was very generous. I took photos to send to my architect husband and
When I signed my daughter up for private self-defense classes, I expected her to learn how to protect her head when/if she falls and what to do if someone grabs her arm, etc. But then the most unexpected change happened after only a few lessons with
