Got checked in quickly. Room was ready and was spacious, clean and nicely stocked with necessary supplies. Bed was comfortable. We needed the 4:00AM shuttle the following morning and the driver left right on time. All in all, it was a very positive experience.

I am a Hilton Honors member and have always been satisfied with the various Hilton properties we have stayed in. I booked a reservation at the Hampton Inn Cordova Mall since it was close to the airport. We arrived to the hotel very early and encountered a rude front desk employee who gave me the key to rm 335 even though it was not check in time. We went up to the room & the room was not cleaned, the bed covers messed up and a used tooth brush in the bathroom. I went to the front desk and explained this to the front desk person who argued and said the room was clean. Then said it was not check in time. I told her we would come back later in the evening.When we returned, we were told we were checked in and went to rm 335 and was unable to open the door. My husband went downstairs & was told that we were moved to rm 338. Needless to say, the key did not open the door to 338 and my husband had to go down again. So, he went downstairs after a long day 3 times total. The mattress was lumpy and felt old and the pillows were flat and the sink was clogged. The shower was not great. We saw a note that said they provide housekeeping every other day. This is not true!! We stayed three nights and did not receive any housekeeping services. Plus, on Wednesday morning I requested new towels since only two bath towels are given and had been used three times. We did not receive the towels we asked for and NO, we did not have a do not disturb sign on the door. Lastly, after being disappointed with poor service, I had to request my receipt 3 times! I let the staff know the email they had was incorrect. The 3rd time that I asked for the receipt, I requested to speak to the manager. Her name was Belinda Hommer. She was very pleasant and explained that the staff cannot correct my email. The staff failed to tell me this—twice!! She wanted to hear about my experience at the hotel. I told her and she wanted to make good by giving me points. And I finally received my receipt. But to be honest, this experience has made me not EVER want to use another Hilton property. This property leaves much to be desired in the appearance, service, rooms, no housekeeping. I will not ever recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone. I am really sorry this happened & have read reviews with similar circumstances. Hampton Inn, you need significant improvement.

First and foremost, I want to say how awesome the staff was at this hotel. I’m a little ditzy when it comes to traveling alone. I locked myself out of my room a couple of times, and I accidentally threw away my Apple Watch in the trash, which ended up in the dumpster. They were so accommodating in helping to resolve anything. I especially want to thank Doug, who literally dug through the trash in the dumpster with me to help recover my watch. I am SO grateful for him! He’s an amazing person and employee to be valued! Other than that, I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel (I stayed 5 nights), and really have no complaints about anything.

Hampton Inns have really changed since COVID... I don't stay at them anymore. This one was run down, dated, NOT clean, and the beds and shower were terrible. Not getting daily cleaning is a terrible change in hotel policy as well -- even when requesting new towels, most days we didn't get them and would have to go down to the lobby at night to pick up ourselves.

My room was filthy. I. Mean. Filthy. The rest of the hotel was unclean. The hallways had not been vacuumed. The garbages were running over by the elevators. The elevators were dirty and sticky. This place was a mess. You DON'T GET ANY ROOM SERVICE unless you ask for it. You have to ask for your garbage to be emptied. With a 7-day stay your room is never cleaned or towels changed, unless you ask for it. I do not recommend the Hampton Inn Hotel by the Pensacola Airport until they can clean up their act. The housekeeping and kitchen staff were friendly, but I think the hotel is just not paying those people to do a good job often enough. For some reason I am unable to get my photos to stay attached to this posting, but I promise you this place was a mess.

Terrible hotel, with terrible stuff. Mr Jordan Wallet, the manager lack honesty and professional integrity. He is aware of room 222 has a terrible acoustic problem. An hydraulic pump or something similar makes a very loud noise at regular intervals.|when he was questioned about this situation...|these were his answers... |we were full! thats why.... last room available.|you should have come downstairs and change room (I thought the hotel was full) |I gave you a discount...( why... the room was perfect?)|and best of all.... he never apologized for the unacceptable treatment.||Mr Jordan Wallet can lie. He told his colleague at the phone customer service, I was offered a different room and I refused....(never had the opportunity, my wife was sick and immediately went to sleep)|( why give me a discount if I refuse a different room).||It is a-shame, but this experience totally changed my point of view on the Hilton hotel chain.|you guys lost a silver member and a customer.... for life
