Hampton Inn Parsippany - Hotel in Parsippany-Troy Hills - 1 Hilton Ct, USA

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding. Not bad. Good breakfast. Nice pool but crowded and loud. Toilet paper ran out in main lobby. Elevator had food dropped on floor that took a couple of rides to disappear. Cleaned our room but forgot to replenish sugar and creamer. Decent place to stay.

I had actually stayed here last week with my family and had a great stay. I decided to visit again this week and Ele at the front desk was thoughtful, friendly, and helped me with a smile. I actually commented when I came in that she was filling up the coffee in the hot water and clearly was doing everything you would expect and appreciate from someone who actually cares about their guests. ||It's important.That a hotel is comfortable and clean, but the people definitely make the difference and Ele was great! |Really great experience!

I travel weekly for work and tried a few different hotels in the area. This Hampton Inn stood out as the best. ||Many thanks to Ele at the front desk who always welcomes everyone with warmth and professionalism. They make us feel like valued guests. And their cookies are the best!||This hotel offers lots of amenities including free parking, pools, fitness room and a very good free breakfast. ||The value can’t be beat and I look forward to returning every week.

I normally LOVE Hampton Inn. I've always had a good experience. I love their 24 hour coffee, love their beds and their staff is always so welcoming.|I did not love this location. First, I had a reservation for one evening, king bed room. When I got there at 3:30pm, there was no king bed available. The front desk girl, Ele, was amazing actually. I felt bad because it seemed she was there alone and working through a long line of check-in's by herself. She was being berated by the woman in front of me but remained calm and sweet. When she told me no king bed available, I said, no problem... just give me what you have. I had just driven 11 hours and was ready to crash. She gave me a 2 queen room. I get up to the room and the TV doesn't work at all. Like I said, I was alone and just drove 11 hours. I just wanted to chill in my room, lay on the bed, watch some TV and drink some coffee. I went down to the desk, waited in line again. Spoke to Ele again and told her TV wasn't working. She states that they were having issues but she'd get me a different room once one was cleaned. She asked me to sit in the room she gave me and she would call me once one was ready. It's about 4pm now. Shouldn't the rooms already be cleaned?? I went to make coffee, none was available. Took a ride to Dunkin and rec'd a text from the manager asking how my stay was. I told him. No response. I get back to the room and about 1/2 hour later Ele calls and said she had a different room for me. I got a king room and it was fine. Bed was comfy as always. I got up at 4am to get ready to get back on the road and went down to the lobby for coffee. No coffee again. I just got my stuff and left. |Not very impressed with this location and will probably not stay again. Ele was wonderful. Seemed to be short-staffed and she was handling it like a pro. Other than her, the location was not great at all.

I had a wonderful experience with Hampton Inn in Washington DC so my expectation was high with this hotel too. Although the bathroom was outdated still reasonable room condition for the overnight stay but the breakfast was disgrace. It looked variety of selections and staff was friendly however, the quality of food was unacceptable. Bagel tastes like it’s been kept in the freezer for a long time and the sausage patties were terrible. It was old and smelly, I spitted out. Baked Potato was dry and the pre-made omelet with some kind ham & vegetable stuffing wasn’t taste. Nobody was taking the omelet because we all knew it’s been just microwaved.. I wasn’t planned to post a negative review but after being double charged (image attached), I called them for their attention and refund but the front desk was very rude, unwilling to solve this matter. So, I ended up calling Hilton guest service and created case to resolve this matter. This hotel needs to improve the quality of food and encourage front desk staffs to smile more.

The staff was so welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable…and breakfast was delicious.|Ele and Rayshon were super behind the front desk, answering questions and making me, and everyone feel important. Ele was easy to converse with and I feel like I made a new friend . This hotel is a home away from home and we link forward to staying here again. On a scale of 1-10, this hotel is a 10+

The rooms are dated, however the front desk staff I dealt with made up for it. Yaneesha Wade and Rayshawn Stuart were both pleasant and helpful. The breakfast had a nice variety each day and was kept stocked and clean. We will stay here again if in the area.

Great front desk staff. Very kind and knowledgeable. Ele was able to get my reservation situated so that I would not have to change rooms in the middle of my stay. I would definitely stay again. ||The room was perfect, very clean, no issues during my stay.
