Lexi at the front desk and John with the maintenance department went above and beyond to help us out. Their customer service and willingness to assist showed how much they truly care for their guest. Rooms were nice. The only thing missing was a microwave in the room they only have one downstairs. Breakfast was delicious. We had a great overall experience and recommend this hotel.

We stayed during the eclipse and thought the accommodations were wonderful. Clean rooms. The gym was super nice. Pool was closed for the season. Breakfast was good. No microwaves in room and didn’t see one in the lobby (possible I overlooked it). Only thing I didn’t like is that there was no lock on the bathroom door. Staff was very friendly.

My only complaint is that I do not care to have a southwest style eggs and potatoes, or fake sausage. Make eggs and potatoes without any additional ingredients. If people want to other additives, they can add themselves if you provide it. And I assure you most like biscuits with their breakfast. And please have spreadable butter. Other than that, the place is great.

Between myself and my family back home that comes to visit family here in Paragould we stay at this hotel a few times a year. We always look forward to staying at this hotel as previously we have always had great experiences. This last stay will probably be the last time we ever stay here. We had the choice to drive home (6hr drive) through the night or stay in the hotel and get rested up for the drive the next morning. Rest is NOT what we received at all and we should have just drove home and saved $160! We were placed next to a room where the guests were extremely loud (banging on walls, small child screaming bloody murder for over 30 minutes straight for his mommy, music playing, doors slamming every minute). These guests would alternate from being loud in their room to going downstairs and hanging around the back door with loud music, loud voices and the door slam constantly with them going in and out so much. We were on the 3rd floor and heard everything like it was right outside our door. This went on until 4am!!! We went to complain to the front desk around 2am and we were basically told they were not going to address the noise level of those guests. If it was THAT loud all the way on the third floor just imagine how loud it all was down by the front desk area being just feet away from it all. Staff allows this to go on!!! Which doesn't surprise me as the Staff is NOT the one running the show in this hotel. There was a hispanic male that was pretty cozy on the couch with the female staff earlier in the day and he was ALWAYS down in the lobby. After making the complaint at the front desk, this individual decided to follow my husband outside when he went to go smoke and pretty much tried to “size him up” for complaining! Asking my husband what gang he is affiliated with etc. and all around trying to intimidate my husband!! This man also told my husband that this group has been living there for about 4 months now. We were told to talk to the manager in the morning about our complaint from the front desk staff. When we did talk with the manager, she wasn't the nicest about it. There is no way we were the only complaints of the night as when I went to breakfast that morning I overheard SEVERAL guests complaining about the noise level at this hotel!! We were offered a room change, which was appreciated, but I then did not feel safe moving my 3 children to a new room at 2am after my husbands encounter downstairs! Do NOT waste your money at this hotel if you are needing a quiet place to stay. Also, watch out for the gang living there who guards the back door of the place and is always in the lobby area keeping a lookout!! If quiet and safety isnt a concern for you, then this is a great place to stay - pros: very clean, great breakfast, decent pool, housekeeping staff are so sweet. Cons: rude management, lack of respect for loyal guests, no microwave in the rooms, staff could care less how noisy it is.|Also to add - after getting home and checking bank statements we realized we were charged for the room change we didnt even use!! When we call the hotel to discuss this charge we are told to call back at certain times which we do and still have yet to speak with anyone or receive a call back!!

We stayed for 2 nights while attending a funeral in Paragould. The hotel was very modern, comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the nice lounge area where we were able to spend some with other family members who were in town.

I just wanted to share my experience at this hotel. I have given this hotel manager plenty of time to contact me and give me an explanation, instead I had to call and just speak to a person working the front desk. My husband and I stayed at this location, because it's convenient to family. On the early morning of check out, my husband was downstairs in the lobby getting coffee and I was getting out of the shower, when a woman who did not identify herself, opened our door and immediately slammed it back. Mind you, the door was locked, so she had to have of had a key. If it was house keeping, why is she coming in our room, way before check-out? I did call the Diamond number, and was told the manager would reach out, and here it is 2-3 months later and still no call!

We periodically drive from Louisville to Texas and the Hampton in Paragould is a halfway point. Up until this year the hotel in our opinion deserved 5 stars. This time something has changed. Either management has changed or the nice lady who was managing it was on vacation. Either way, the newer hotel desk staff weren't very efficient. We stayed there twice, at the beginning and end of the week. The first time, we were told the room we selected through e-check in wasn't ready and even though we did the e-check in asap, the digital key wasn't ready because unbeknownst to us they switched our room reservation. We chose a different room that we didn't want out of the 4 or 5 available. The lotion dispenser was half ripped from the bathroom wall, as the anchor had come loose. The floor wasn't as clean as it usually was. We wrote that experience off as a fluke since we'd always liked that hotel. On our return visit, we completed e-check in once again, and the digital key activated. We lugged all our things to the 4th floor, only to find the digital key didn't work. I left my husband standing in the hall with all our stuff and had to once again go to the front desk. The whole point of e-check in is to bypass the front desk and be able to go straight to the room. The next morning there were no lids for the coffee - completely out. Management isn't doing their job properly. The room was ok, but it looked like the cleanliness standards had slipped a bit, which was our only reason for staying at the Paragould Hampton. They are supposed to be extra clean and are supposed to wash the duvets and sanitize the rooms properly. If the Hampton isn't going to be up to its past standards, we might as well drive a few miles further and stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Jonesboro. At least their breakfast is better. So sad to see the quality of service go downhill at a favorite stop.

I have had coffee In many coffee shops on the west Coast and I like their mochas better than anyone's. Their espresso roast is dark and bold. They also have a bunch of sugar free options. I would definitely recommend it.
