The staff was very friendly! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We had to stay due to a power outage and they were very accommodating! Thank you for making a tough time a little easier!

Pretty basic hotel with quality and rules. Nice enough to stay in if you’re not planning on a lot of time in the hotel itself and have plans/activities. Also worth noting my girlfriend and I only stayed a night as we were driving long distance through nebraska and needed a rest. Moderately clean depending on your standards of clean personally I wouldn’t stay here more than 3 nights.

The room (on 4th floor) was recently renovated and nicely cleaned everyday. The front desk was polite and even texted to see how things were. The breakfast was delicious and the man hosting breakfast was very vigilant to be sure very one had what they needed and did his very best to restock what he could. We’d stay here again for sure. Especially after two not so good stays at Marriot and elsewhere previously.

Nice hotel. It is undergoing renovations at this time so it probably will be even better in the near future. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and I had no complaints. The guy working the breakfast area was friendly and did a good job

It was ok, but will look for a different hotel next trip to Omaha. Had extremely loud people above us the first night. Called down to the front desk and was told there was a medical emergency. I'm not sure if that is the way they dismiss so they don't have to check or not, but I went upstairs 2.5 hours later (Still very loud) to see if this was still occurring and I saw nothing but a closed door and just seemed like loud drunk people. Hardly slept at all. Second night was better but still can hear people walking around. Walls and floors feel really thin with a lot of noise from surrounding rooms. The whole third floor smelled like weed which I'm not really bothered by, but I know some people are. Water pressure was low and made a loud squealing sound the whole time showering. Some of the hooks for the bathroom towels were falling out of the wall which really isn't a problem but feels dilapidated. TV seems outdated compared to other hotels now where you can generally cast from a phone so you're not stuck watching cable. Feels like the place is in need of repairs and updates to remain competitive. Overall for the price I've stayed at many better hotels.

I am here for 4 days for business. I will say the breakfast is great and the guy preparing it does his best to keep customers happy. Decent Internet costs additional money per day and the TV service continuously cuts out "no signal". Also. The hot tub is closed "forever". Per the hotel clerk. Had I known everything, I may have booked elsewhere.

This Hampton is undergoing renovation and boy does it NEED it!!!! May be the worst Hampton I have ever stayed at and we are Diamond members. Old and in bad need of renovation....should have been done long before now. It was not dirty, just OLD. Better accommodations can be found until renovations are completed.

Accused us of damage we didn't do. Unprofessional way of handling it. And instead of a neutral response (e.g. We are sorry for the inconvenience. I'm glad we were able to reach a resolution, etc.") I get this passive-aggressive response 'We DO charge for damage' and 'My voicemail has a greeting, etc."||TLDR version: We stayed and without them letting us know, they charged us $200 for curtains and linens. They could only show damage of a perfect square cut out of one of the curtains. Nothing was said further about the linens even though I asked multiple times for it. I also requested for them to review security footage because I suspect Becky was the saboteur, but of course that went unanswered along with my voicemails. Fortunately, Hilton corp stepped in and listed to our side and actually used their brain cells to determine we had no reason to do this. Not sure how the manager there got her job, but she has so much to learn. ||Bottom line, watch your card for charges. Take pictures before you check out. Or better yet, don't stay there. I miss the old DoubleTree off Cedar Street--that was our favorite. This place is a joke (and look at other reviews--apparently these ghost charges are somewhat common for them.||An afterthought, I wear IC Berlin eyewear--very expensive--but they are unbreakable (screwless design) and I sat on them and my lens popped out. Becky was staring us up and down like we were UFOs on the way out. Not sure if she thought it was some sort of domestic situation or what, but my wife had to drive while I popped my lens back in. Not really sure...it was strange. I would just avoid this property either way because everything about it was wrong.
