The bathroom faucet is: 1) the water spout is too short: 2) the placement on the counter is too far reward.
I could not get my hands under the spout to wash my hands #423...
Otherwise, the stay was great.
Know that even though the signs say they’ll clean every other day, the lady at the front desk says you have to request housekeeping. When we called for towels since we thought being here for three days our room would be tended to, the lady said she was too busy to send any towels and I have to go downstairs to get my own. We will probably use a different hotel for our next stay in town.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in O’Fallon, IL, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. The housekeeping staff was extremely friendly and consistently asked if I needed anything whenever they saw me, which is a level of service I don’t usually get at other hotels. The front desk crew was always helpful and made sure the coffee (affectionately called “dragon water”) was hot and fresh.
The General Manager deserves a special mention for going above and beyond to ensure my stay was wonderful. The hotel’s location in O’Fallon made it extremely convenient for me to travel back and forth to Scott AFB. Additionally, there are several restaurants to choose from nearby, which added to the convenience.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
I had a Family Reunion with this hotel as our base. Our dates were 19 to 21 July. Although there was a problem with keys for the attendees, I have to give kudos to your staff. Outstanding support, outstanding people, above and beyond in so many ways. I would commend the young lady working Friday the 19th of July. She was the best I have seen to date. Deserves a reward.
Not worth $240 for one night.
Hotel was extremely understaffed. The front desk clerk when we checked in, Mya- was very nice and welcoming. None of the service issues were her fault.
Hotel lobby was spacious, the pool was nice, but quaint. It’s 4.5 foot deep, and rather small. I did like that the room was 75 degrees so the water wasn’t too cold. They have a lift for disabled people, which is something more hotels should do! We didn’t need to use it, but 5 stars for accessibility.
Room:
The door was pretty heavy, as a petite woman, I didn’t like having to put all of my weight into getting the door open each time I entered or exited the room.
We got a double queen room for my husband and I, and our two kids. The room was spacious and I did like the modern decor. However, we only had two towels and two wash cloths. When we went to ask for more last night, the front desk clerk said they were short on towels and could only give me one. I opted to go get a few pool towels.
Upon checkout, I wanted to ensure they knew we only had two towels as to not be charged for the other “missing” two. The clerk told me that unfortunately, since they don’t have house keeping everyday, sometimes people will ask for more towels but don’t bring the others back, therefore they run out of towels. I was a little concerned to hear they don’t offer housekeeping everyday. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed well, and there were a few large stains near the beds.
Bathroom:
the bathroom door isn’t a normal door. It’s a giant sliding door- if “open” the “closet” is blocked off. To get into the “closet” you have to slide the door and block off the bathroom. The closet is in quotes because it’s really just a super tiny cubby area with an ironing board. The outside of the door is a giant mirror. There are cracks that people could see into the bathroom and I didn’t find it very private. The actual bathroom was ok. Bathtub was spacious, shower pressure was good, and the water stayed hot for all 4 of us. The sink is awkward. The faucet is odd- it’s off to the side and water splashes out when you wash your hands. Toilet paper is angel soft…. Super cheap. The shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were all three in the shower in pump bottles attached to the wall. They didn’t seem of high quality, and I questioned if they’d been watered down. Same goes for the lotion that was attached to the wall but the sink.
Beds:
The beds slept well, appeared clean. There is a sheet and a heavy blanket that definitely kept me warm. The room temp was 66, which my husband liked. It stayed cool all night. The pillows are nice, but they squish right down.
TV:
It was large, but there was no option to watch anything except cable. A fire stick could have been plugged in, but I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels that at least had smart tvs and you could log into Netflix or other apps. The volume was very low as well. To be able to hear, we had it on level 40.
Breakfast:
They had a lot of options, but those options were lackluster. Potatoes were good, sausage patties were so thin they could have been used as a frisbee. The scrambled eggs were decent. There were also tiny pastries, blueberry scones (cold), bread, bagels, prepackaged muffins in many flavors: blueberry, banana, and chocolate- There were two waffle makers, a choice of three cereals: Raisin Bran, cheerios, and lucky charms. Also coffee, apple juice, orange juice, and two options of enhanced water.
Location:
It was very close to several restaurants so it was easy to go out to dinner and get back to the hotel without any crazy traffic.
There seemed to be many guests staying, but the hallways remained quiet and calm.
Overall, I was letdown because of the price and the promise of better quality. If this was a super 8, I’d have given it 10 stars. I expected a lot better for the price.
I called this motel to get information and was told to hold. I was at another hotel nearby. I Waited on phone almost 8 mins! Hung up and called back and was hung up on. I thought it was a mistake so I called back and someone picked up the phone and hung it up again! I understand being busy but this was unexpected. I called an additional time and the phone just rang the last time. NOW I know to never stay at this chain.
The rooms are freshly remodeled and very clean. The television was a bit annoying because the guide didn't work, so I never knew what I was watching. The volume control on the TV remote wasn't working perfectly.
The bathroom faucet was way too short for the sink. Seemed like I was spilling water all over the place.
I have bad vision, and the bathroom mirror was very difficult to get close to when I was applying makeup. It would be nice if there was a small magnifying mirror attached to the wall.
Breakfast was great. Lots of choices of both hot and cold food items.
Clean. Nice staff. Easy to make reservations using points. Breakfast was actually really good with a huge selection. Would definitely stay again. The rooms were large and able to accommodate 4 people easily. Location was nice as well- close to many restaurants.
This was probably one of the best stays Iâve ever had at a hotel. The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming.

A bit older in the rooms but it was a great stay I had no issues. Front desk gentleman was super friendly and inviting. I got in late luckily they have a 24hr pantry where I found this huge Cesar salad and it was good.
Delicious! My husband and I both got the two meat plate. Then we were offered a sample of the Kiluahea. Amazing! Loved the Kiluahea the best! Also love luau. Very clean, very quick and friendly service.
We recently dined at Le Ono for brunch. It offers perfectly married French and Polynesian flavors with a unique and fresh vibe! Itâs a little outside St. Louis to the east, OâFallon, IL. The fusion of high-quality ingredients and the creative tou
What a beautiful building and amazing atmosphere! We had toasted ravioli, jalapeño popper pizza, traditional pepperoni, and a bacon dill pizza. Everything was so delicious, I can't pick a favorite. Our server Kayla was so informative and helpful.
One of my favorite Thai restaurants!! The staff is friendly, the food is AMAZING and eating at the restaurant is a nice experience, they brought out sticky rice in this bamboo container, they serve your food with real chopsticks and unique looking di
