We stayed here for just a night but had such a pleasant experience. Our room was spacious and CLEAN! Every single staff person we encountered greeted us, had a smile and looked like they enjoyed their job. Anya was amazing and the sweetest. The breakfast was great and the waffles were delicious. The location is in the middle of great restaurants and Starbucks is right across the street. We will definitely be back. This is by far, the best Hampton Inn and Suites we have ever been to.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay there. Listen this Hotel was absolutely amazing. The wonderful Staff. The cleanliness was wonderful. There was a huge family reunion. Over 100 guests. And the Staff were amazing. I definitely command them. We Thank you so much Also would like to Thank Raquel that works serving and making sure there everything is taking care in the mornings.

Very clean. Ample room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Electronic shades really blocked out the light at night. Complimentary hot breakfast provided a nice variety. Personnel were helpful and quick with every encounter. I genuinely enjoyed my stay.

We arrived late and left before breakfast, BUT… the impression that was left on me was fantastic. I worked in hospitality for years. The cleanliness of this hotel is top tier. Everything was aesthetically pleasing. It was so quiet and everything was comfortable. I made a mental note of the name of the front desk associate both at check-in and check-out, at this very moment I cannot remember it. The face you see and the service you receive when you walk into those doors will set the whole mood for a guest’s experience, this gentleman’s service was absolutely IMPECCABLE. He didn’t miss a beat. Just fantastic and I cannot stress that enough. I am very satisfied with my stay at this property! 10/10 would absolutely stay again.

I would like to say we had a great time this past weekend for my husband family reunion this past weekend. The front desk staff was very attentive, professional and provided superior service the entire weekend. The hotel was cleaned, our rooms was cleaned so the overall experience was great! I forgot some of the staff names, but a few people remembered was Brandon, Crystal, and the other gentleman from Pittsburgh PA they also went above and beyond😊! We came down from South Carolina and I can tell you that this was definitely a trip to remember. We will be visiting this hotel again in the future 😊Thanks for showing us with great service! I recently stayed at Hampton In Odessa Trinity for our annual Davis, Morhon Johnson family reunion, and I cannot express how impressed I am with the level of service we received. From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that our large group felt welcome and comfortable. Every detail was taken care of with such attention and care. The front desk team was incredibly accommodating, handling our numerous room requests and special needs with ease and a smile. They even upgraded a few of our rooms to ensure we were all close together, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We stayed at the Hampton Odessa Trinity for a week recently while visiting family. This was by far the best Hampton Inn we have ever stayed. From the very friendly staff, especially John & Kevin, to the wonderful breakfast, and clean rooms and public areas we were very impressed! The little touches are what make this property extra special, the social hour, Sangria on Fridays, 24 hour coffee and tea and more. The ice cream social for Memorial Day was a wonderful surprise! We felt right at home. Thank you Hampton Inn, we will definitely visit again!

When ever we travel to usa we never book in advance because we like to see what we are getting, however we did book this one in advance because availability seemed low in the area and it was our last 3 days before coming home to UK, so 3 days to chill and relax, |We were not disappointed , this hotel and its staff are absolutely amazing, the house keeping staff all work hard to keep the hotel spotless , the pool area was clean and the pool was nicely heated, the breakfast was lovely with a nice variety, the rooms are very clean and modern, |I would rate this hotel the best Hampton inn I have stayed in, the attention to detail from the staff at the reception is second to none, |Would I return YES DEFINITELY! |thank you for a lovely stay!
