Positive: We enjoyed everything about this hotel. It was convenient off the highway, staff was amazingly friendly. Breakfast was wonderful with so many options. Negative: The only thing would be that they need more carts for luggage transport. There was only one.
This is the second time I have stayed and the location is centrally located for all of my needs. The staff are all friendly and very accommodating. I have not used the pool but the gym is clean and the hours it is open makes it available for most people. The bar is nice and quiet and the complimentary breakfast offers a nice variety. I know I can book my future stays there without worry.
Smells terrible throughout the halls and in the room. Air is thick with something. Pest control spray? Carpet treatment? There is no air circulation. We switched rooms. The second room smelled like sewage. Maybe that’s what they are trying to treat with whatever the overwhelming other smell is. This is not your typical Hampton inn experience. We are usually very pleased with the consistency of the Hampton inn. This one needs to be rebuilt. Will definitely book anywhere else in the future.
Extremely clean Hotel and I am super picky! Liam at the Bar was amazing! He is an absolute pro and was wonderful to have take care of us during the family wedding last weekend. Hard to find employees like Liam these days! And a great cleaning staff! Great stay!
We are loyal Hilton members & have been to many many Hampton inns by Hilton with great success online this place looks incredible, So we booked it the prices were outrageous over $300 per night upon arriving we checked in & asked for a few complimentary bottles of water at the front desk they had the audacity to ask for $3 a bottle NO THANKS! We get to our room & see (4) bottles of water thinking they’re complimentary upon drinking (2) we noticed a piece of paper turned upside down underneath turned it over & this it was it said THIRSTY WE HAVE YOU COVERED AT YOUR SERVICE $3 a bottle!! With a small sign ! What a total scam after paying a lot of money for a room for my family, The customer service was terrible the rooms were so so! We will never come back to this hotel ever again! I will include a picture of the sign that’s hidden from everyone until it’s to late & the audacity to want a $50 deposit upon arrival been to over 15 of these hotels never once was I asked for a deposit as a loyal member
Walked into the room and it had a musty smell - not bad enough to do anything about it but it was definitely there. The room was fine, but we got charged after for the complimentary water bottles $12. (Was told by the front desk before I was hung up on that it says they are $3 a bottle). We came for the pool, which was highly disappointing because it was full of long hair throughout the whole thing. Very gross. The hot tub had the same issue - they need people with long hair to put their hair up when going in the pool. Definitely wouldn't stay here again.
Room was musty smelling; the pool had long hair all throughout it as well as the hot tub. After leaving noticed a second charge on my account for $12. Instead of the complimentary water, you are charged $3 a bottle. I called to ask about it and was rudely hung up on. I'm a silver Hilton member and will never stay here again!
Close to the casino. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. A shuttle is mentioned in their documentation but when we got there, we were told it only runs on Sat night. A bit misleading, but still well worth the stay.
When reviewing it's important to compare apples to apples. In other words you don't compare a standard mid-size car with a luxury mid-size car. This facility was excellent considering the value. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, the b
WOW!! Have to say I was really caught off guard with how impressive this museum is. I really was not sure what to expect and never realized it was on NFA grounds. Such a beautiful building and so many things to see in a well curated display. The st
This summer I had an internship over 1000 miles away from home and I spent my first night in CT eating here as well as my last. It was bittersweet knowing it would be awhile before I ate there again. The food is amazing and the staff is lovely! My fa
It's pretty obvious that when you go to a restaurant for Italian food and it's owned by people who live in the Mediterranean region, the food is going to be spectacular. It never fails. Montenegrans, Albanians, Italians, Greeks...what cooks! They rea
Man the food was absolutely delicious! I rarely go here because it's far from where I live and it's expensive but Five Guys is never hit or miss, it's always absolutely delicious and tasty. The staff are very friendly too and helpful, it was also ver
Very nice spot! Love the information on the history of the waterfront! And those chess tables are super cool! Plenty of parking, and special parking stalls for trailers across from the boat launch. Tons of ducks and geese hanging out in the water wh
