Hampton Inn Norco-Corona-Eastvale - Hotel in Norco - 1530 Hamner Ave, USA

I stayed one night while in the area on business. The front desk is terrible. I didn’t have any issues, but the two people in front of me were getting quite the run around. The digital key didn’t work, so I had to come back downstairs and wait in line while these issues were trying to be resolved. The wallpaper in the room was pealing. The tile on the floor was missing grout and loose. The pillows were super thick and hard. The only two room options given were right next to the road and you could hear every car driving by. You could hear the person in the room above me walking around at 5:45 am.|On a positive note, the air conditioner worked wonderfully. And, there are several food (mainly fast food) options within a five minute drive. The sleep quality was non-existent though. I’ll find somewhere different next time.

The Inn was reasonably price and at a convenient location. The room was clean and I appreciated the multiple places you could plug something in. There were different types of pillows on each bed so you could pick which level of support you preferred. Breakfast was possible one day and then the next day, it was not. The gravy that went with the biscuits were so poor that I didn't bother to put any on my plate.

Disappointing Stay at Hampton Inn Norco** I was in town for business and, as always, chose to stay at a Hilton property. However, this stay was a bit disappointing. One of the reasons I love Hilton is the convenience of app check-in and the digital key, which I always use. Unfortunately, my digital key was not operational this time, and I had to return to the lobby for a physical key. The most frustrating part was the desk clerk's response—"Yeah, we have that a lot," with no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience, which is not what I'm accustomed to with Hilton. Additionally, it took forever for the desk clerks to come out from the office, which was another letdown. The breakfast in the morning was standard, nothing special. On a positive note, the room was clean, and the shower pressure was excellent, which I appreciated. Another plus is that the laundry is credit-only—thanks for upgrading that, Hilton. Overall, while there were a few positives, the lack of customer service and the digital key issue left me disappointed with this stay. ---

Stayed here with family for four nights. Very spacious and well maintained rooms. Hotel has several accessibility features as indicated below in Noteworthy details. Hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and shops. There is ample parking including accessible parking. Service was very good.♿

Got a little confused on the driveway, but not too difficult to find and always a great stay at any Hampton! Always sensory friendly for me (autistic and hard to find comfort in any hotel) and the food is really good. Super nice housekeeping as well, worth a stay!

Had an amazing time at this great hotel. The rooms were super clean and the staff was very friendly. Everything was just perfect and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Also, the price was just right for a rural setting with access to all city amenities. I would highly recommend it for a family stay or even business group meetings or solo travel. The breakfast was included and no charge for the parking. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was amazing!!! The staff was super nice and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and big. I would definitely come here again. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had many veggie options. They had plenty spaces to hang out in the front lounge. I am impressed with how maintain this hotel is.

I stayed at this property for a retreat with like minded group of about 65. I was very impressed with both the front desk, house keeping and breakfast staff. They were very efficient, friendly and made us feel welcome. Rooms are really big and clean. This was my 4th trip to this property and each time I have left with the same experience and would highly recommend anyone visiting the area.
