I liked almost everything about this hotel except for the beds being too firm. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and plenty of food even on a busy New Years/ Bills weekend. Plenty of parking. Room felt very comfortable and looks up to date. Smart TV that kids can use our streaming accounts is always a plus. Centrally located a short drive to all the major falls attractions.
This is our second time staying here for girls shopping weekend. We chose this place the first time for cleanliness and location. This trip did not disappoint. The room was very clean, the beds are comfortable but the most important thing I would say was the staff. Everyone we had contact with was so nice and helpful. Especially the lady at the front desk and I wish I knew her first name. I really felt like they cared about our stay. You don’t get that kind of service often anymore. Thank you for making our stay special ❤️💕❤️
Positive: The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The location was perfect for us. The breakfast was good. We had a great stay. Negative: The reason I gave a low score was because the room assigned to us smell like paint. I'm asthmatic and it trigged my asthma for 2 days. We were told we couldn't change our room.
Definitely one of the better hotels I've stayed at in my travelling. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows super comfortable, and the shower was hot and drained well. Even the breakfast, which was typical hotel breakfast, was better than average for a chain.
Location wise it is also very neat all the main attractions and the border, so you can easily get to several places of interest.
Price wise this is a great bang for your buck, and the free parking definitely saved us some money as well.
Definitely worth coming here and saving some money versus another more expensive hotel nearby.
Beautiful rooms in this hotel. Stayed 2 nights, had a very clean room, great air conditioning and clean bed. Really good value in the off-season and good location for tourism. Can hit the anchor bar close by or can walk to Canada. RIGHT on the American side park of the falls. highly recommend this hotel
Hotel is dog friendly but doesn't bother me at all. Love our 4 legged friends.
Hotel is in a good spot to go to the Falls or the Seneca Casino (right across the street from casino). Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. |The room smelled. No central air. It's an A/C unit in the room. |The rooms are tastefully decorated. Loved the style! |The bed was very comfortable (and I am picky when it comes to mattresses).|The staff at the front desk were VERY helpful and welcoming.|The staff in the breakfast room, were NOT helpful and welcoming. They were loud and I could hear all about their lives, weekend plans, etc and the colourful language they used. Not good for business. The breakfast was just so-so. In fact, we went some other place for breakfast. |
From a traveller, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s only a two minute drive from the Canada-US border. The rooms are always clean, receptionists are welcoming and friendly, heated salt-water pool, amazing breakfast with lots of options and 24/7 hot drinks.
Great hotel that has even better staff. Very friendly at every turn with well kept rooms that were clean. After departing I left some clothing behind by accident, but after reaching out the Manager Joel was incredibly accommodating in getting my items shipped to me without delay! Could not ask for better service. 10/10

Excellent location and service. Angelo was amazing. Rooms were nice and clean. Pool was tiny, but cute. Breakfast was okay and did its job. Literally easiest walk to the falls which makes it all worth while! Thank you for a great experience.

The staff was incredible, the room was very comfortable to stay in, the location is perfect, and the pool is probably the best I've experienced at a hotel. We were there for a cheer competition right across the street. Our only issue is that all of t

The power of the water blows you away. While the other falls may be larger this is equally as impressive. I read a sign that it said 75000 gallons per second go over these falls. Incredible to be there. Even better in the fall with the colorful folia
This viewpoint is probably the best you will find on the US side of the Niagara Falls. If you are going to the other paid attractions on Goat Island, you must definitely walk to this viewpoint! It gives you a very close view of the Horseshoe Bend and

Awesome drinks, great prices, and very kind bartenders! I ordered a cucumber jalapeño margarita which was delicious and made with all fresh ingredients. Our bartender gave us great recommendations on where to go to get away from the touristy Niagara
I've had wings from all over WNY, and all over the US... I can honestly say, without lying, that their wings are my favorite. Consistently perfect. Not rubbery, not chewy, crunchy, enough sauce, great flavor... I can find no fault. Bravo. I've been r
Nice way to give recognition to a very well renowned scientist that shaped modern world so vastly. The various attractions around Niagara Falls will espouse on the contributions of Nikola Tesla, so be sure to read more about him while touring Niagara

Such a unique experience walking around this island!! We went when the weather was a bit bad so it was pretty empty. Really good signage, lots of lookout point, plenty of space, good accessible trails.

This is a very quaint place. Checking in is super easy. You have a code to get in, an instruction manual at your bedside, and everything is in place. The bed was very comfortable, bedding was nice, there was a small fan on the chair that actually wor
